I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. Welcome to paradise. Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable and safe. With the best part about the place was Jagath , who was always there when you needed him. He is a very friendly and helpful person. A highlight was the tour of the garden where everything grows, from cinnamon,mangoes , star fruit and other exotic fruits. The pool and all the decor was very modern and luxurious. The place was the best on the whole vacation.

Upul’s beautiful property is the perfect location to unwind after a long flight. It’s close to the airport so we were sitting round the pool within a couple of hours landing. The lovely housekeeper Saja deserves a special mention as she was so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Saja cooked a delicious curry for us on our first night and on our second and final night we went just next door to the newly opened Crab Cove Restaurant which is highly recommended. Upul’s communication throughout was outstanding and he always responded to my many queries before and after we travelled sometimes within seconds! The property itself is stunning backing onto a lagoon and we took a boat trip out to Monkey Island which was very enjoyable especially as we were collected and dropped off at the bottom of the garden. It was the perfect place to get over our sleepless flight - a beautiful and peaceful location to start our Sri Lankan adventure. Thank you Upul, Saja and Gaya for everything!

This is the 3rd time we are staying at Namal’s beautiful home. As always Namal is a great host and excellent service and support. Sumudu is a great caretaker. This will be our go to place whenever we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Namal

We had the most amazing time! Place is exactly as described. Lots of space. Well kept yard and pool. Beach was very quickly accessible within a couple of minutes of walking. Many places to eat nearby. Kids enjoyed the pool so much everyday. We felt very safe in the neighborhood at all times. Host was always so easily accessible by phone, friendly and kind. We did not want to leave! Look forward to coming back. Hopefully very soon!!

Great place to stay with lot of space and everything was as described.Janith was responsive and very helpful. Nothing to complain about and I recommend to a family or group of friends to stay safe and private.

The property with the pool was a great deal! The pool & all the rooms and living spaces were clean and well maintained. The 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms had all the amenities listed including bed linen, towels etc. It was spacious for us to have our friends over to celebrate our birthdays together. Waruna was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. His mom opened the house to us and showed everything around. Note to remember to get down her phone number to call when checking out. There is a friendly cat, three was fish to feed him. Adorable! Definitely reccomend staying over!

Gayan and Nomali were wonderful hosts. They were very helpful with any requests we had and were very responsive. The swimming pool was amazing and cleaned regularly.

It was a great place to stay, the owner did try to accuse us of mishandling their furniture. But it was resolved amicably, would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. It is quite a drive from the main city, Colombo.

Don was very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and well furnished. The host was always at hand to help and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Udeni and her husband were very kind and always available at any time of the day, this is the second time we saw each other and it was like being at home, Udeni has helped us a lot and is a good cook, she prepared us "kola kanda" and many other good things in the country, the moment we were sick she took care of us as if they were her children. The house is very spacious and tidy as always, we will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed the stay..very quiet once inside the house. Flet like home with ample space to walk around.

Hosts gave clear instructions for me to get to the location without any hassle, also they were there to receive me even though I reached the place late night, really appreciate that. Overall the place is good with all the required facilities.

I had a fantastic stay at Damith’s place. The location was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Damith was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was just right. For the price, it was absolutely worth it. I truly loved my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

The house was very nice and we highly recommend it. It was very close to the swimming pool and several shops. It was also very easy to communicate with Ransika and her father. We overall had a wonderful time at this house.

A very peaceful, lovely environment to spend our leisure. The house interior was spotless, and the furniture was very beautiful, kitchen utensils were all available and clean. It was very easy to use all the housewares for our use. Bathrooms were gorgeous, sophisticated and very clean. I definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to spend their time here.

So close to the main road, banks, supermarkets, etc. Nice Garden, Spacious rooms, and kitchen equipment. Clean Rooms and Bathrooms. Sumanasiri is so friendly and supportive. Flexible with Check-in and Check-out timings. Highly Recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Sanjaya's Airbnb in Mirihana. This homely and peaceful retreat in the heart of a bustling town is a true gem. The facilities were excellent, ensuring every comfort was met. A special mention goes to the caretaker, Kusuma, who is not only incredibly kind and helpful but also an exceptional cook. Her hospitality and accommodating nature made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this wonderful place for anyone seeking a relaxing and welcoming experience!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.
