Beachfront holiday rental in Western Province

Great location, quite peaceful and as described 50 m from local beach. Had a lovely village feel to the area, would highly recommend for a long stay and great value for money.

This is a beautiful spacious property in a fabulous location with a sea view to die for. We were a little concerned as not many reviews, but this is often let as 2 homes together. Alexander was swift to respond and communicate this to us. Sam was always responsive and Dinesh was always on hand to look after us. The dogs are very friendly and absolutely no trouble at all. We already love this area in Sri Lanka, and loved it even more staying here.

very clean and well-equipped apartment... upstairs of a family living below very nice and discreet and present if needed... a unique air conditioning in the room which is paid for and is not reported as such. very close to the big traffic of the city and the sea, but far enough away to sleep properly!!

We spent a night and a half here. Very flexible check in as we arrived at 4 in the morning. Very children-friendly place.

We had a really nice 2 night stay at the villa. There are a lot of rooms, perfect swimmingspool and great view at the ocean. Daniel is a nice guy and communicate very quick. It’s a perfect place to start your journey in Sri Lanka after a long flight. We will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for a whole month. First of all we want to say that we feel very grateful to the family because they were always willing to help us in any situation. For example one time we got sick during our trip and the family was always aware of our health and attended us in the best way. They also gave us recommendations on how to move around the area and places that could be interesting to visit. On the other hand we can say that the place is very nice, clean and comfortable. We like to have experiences close to local life and being there allowed us to enjoy quiet days away from the tourist hotspots but not so far as to be able to easily go to interesting places such as different beaches, jungles, temples, among others. The breakfasts were varied and all delicious. Also many nights we decided to pay extra for dinner which we must say was everytime delicious and budget friendly. We can highly recommend it staying here and hope to return soon. Cathy & Philipp

Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Shilpi is a wonderful host. Even though I didn't get to meet her in person, she had everything set up for our check-in and was very active in responding to my queries.. The apartment is beautiful, very peaceful and is equipped with the basic necessities. The terrace opens to a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The staff was very kind and helpful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will consider this place during our next visits. Thanks!

Ranil should more clearly explain regarding the service being provided by the staff. When we ordered this villa we were not even aware of the fact there were services included and we had our own cook, maintenance specialist and a personal manager. Apart from that, everything was amazing. This villa is for somebody who wants quiet and be away from civilization for a while

Beautiful location in Negombo. We were on the 9th floor with great views of the beach and the town. Three balconies. Pleasant open kitchen and seating area. Good bathroom. Good beds and closet space. Wifi not very fast.

Great spacious apartment near to beach and restaurants. Loved the roof top Infinity pool. The gentleman security guard went above and beyond. We used Uber everywhere such good value. Overall highly recommended.

We stayed at Jen's place for 5 nights and we enjoyed every bit of it. Waking up to the smell and the sound of the waves of the Indian Ocean was amazing. The apartment was well kept, with fresh towels and clean sheets provided. Location of the apartment was convenient too, with nearby bistros and restaurants that are within a walking distance. We had excess to the pool,which was a plus point for our kids. Responsive host and highly recommend Jen's place.

Everythings are fine. Needs a better blanket and some towels for swimming pool.

Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. Our stay at this place was great.

My elderly mother, a relative and myself stayed at Prasanna’s place. Prasanna was a friendly host and facilitated especially the needs of my mother. The house was a silent peaceful place. I managed to read a lot in my stay and participated online conference from there. We had good overnight sleep in those great air conditioned rooms. The garden was spacious with lots of trees . Many of them had local fruit which we enjoyed with permission from Prasanna. Local areas were still villages and good to experience the feel of Sri Lankan villages

New and clean place, very nice view, and the owner a special man who did everything he could to have a good time. Thank you Mr. Ridley Soysa!!!

Amazing place to stay, highly recommend

We stayed at this place for over two weeks. Host Sudaththa and the manager Lakshanee were responsive and ready to help. Our flight arrived after midnight and the drive from airport was slow due to heavy rain. Lakshanee waited for us to let us in and introduce the facilities. They were also happy to accommodate our request to get some groceries for our immediate needs. The pool on the roof is small but very clean and is set in nice surroundings (can see the ocean from the rooftop). A/c units and fans kept us cool and the generator on standby meant there was no power interruption for more than a few seconds. The security guards were alert even after 19 pm and opened the gate for us when we were a little late to get back. Overall the experience was better than anticipated. The kitchen utensil range is limited but if we had asked I believe what we needed would have been provided. We did not because we only needed to make breakfast and tea there.

The house was very neat and clean. It had necessary cooking elements also. The most beautiful thing was the sea view just exactly as the picture which you can enjoy just by sitting on the bed. The area had also lots of local veg non veg restaurants. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at rika's place.
