Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Western Province

We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 young girls ages 2 5 and 7 and Chamaths place was great for us. we were greated with welcome fruit water milk bread and eggs which was lovely after a long flight. Check in was easy and the appartment had all we needed. The bed linen was all dry cleaned and there was extra sheets avalible if needed. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. There were ample towels which was great as it meant i didnt have to worry about getting things washed and dried. All in all a great stay we watched the kingfishers dipping in the river from the balcony and enjoyed making the most of the wonderful gardens and pool at Havelock city. A fantasic appartment in a fantastic location. we lookforward to staying here again.

Afran is very nice and also answered fast and also called us upfront to say hi and to know eachother upfront. The appartment is very nice with all you need for a good stay. Aircon in all rooms, VERY good beds! Nice view, full kitchen with all you need. This is the best appartment we had in Sri Lanka and we have been there many times. I can highly recommend this apartment and Afran as host. Internet is also perfect speed. It was great 14 days in Mount Lavinia. Few meter from the beach with good restaurants. Everything was just perfect and we will for sure be back and rent from Afran!

I loved staying at Surekha’s place. I felt right at home, it was a peaceful and residential area and yet close to all the major attractions of Colombo. I visited with my mother and felt very safe. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything that I needed. Surekha is a very kind lady and gave me many suggestions of things to do and she was proactive in responding. I would definitely come back to her place and I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We dealt with Jenny who was very responsive and met us at checkin to show us around. The place was great, beautifully decorated and supplied with everything we needed and more. I didn’t expect hair dryers in both bathrooms, pool and gym towels and access to Netflix were all amazing additions. The location was great, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We felt safe as it’s a very lively area full of restaurants and shops, plus having security guide at the entrance helped. The only negative is that the pool area didn’t have any chairs or places to put belongings, but this is an issue for building management rather than our wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Very amiable, went to extra ordinary lengths to help guests, response times was very short, nothing was too difficult for the host. Apartment was as described. Convienent location, easy access to transport, shops, super markets. No hesitancy in recommending. If need be will be back.

The place was very spacious and clean. As a foreigner who has lived in Sri Lanka for 16 years, I know Sri Lankan houses and people well, and this place was very clean and the location was satisfactory. The host was friendly and responsive. Overall, I was very satisfied with the accommodation. I am willing to stay again

Jayantha kept in touch with me for any need from check in to check out. I stayed with my family for 1 month. The house is great for staying with family. I wanted to stay for 1 more month, but I couldn't due to some personal problems. Jayantha is a very good person. He gave me many concessions. I apologize and feel sorry for you Jayantha. From this place, everything is very close to super market, local market. You can go anywhere in Colombo quickly. It is an amazing feeling to stand on the balcony of the house and see the sea. Finally, I will say, my family and I had a wonderful time. Thank you Jayantha for your cooperation.
