Great place if you're looking to relax from the busy cities ,theodoro's place is peaceful and had all the amenities one may need 🙂

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. We most definately would return, the whole trip was a great success. A big thank you from myself and Gwen

Un super séjour à Nafpaktos dans un logement parfait ! Le logement était très propre, propose tous les équipements nécessaires (linge de lit, serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, papier toilette, machine à café, thé, lave vaisselle, petite salle de bain individuelle dans chaque chambre…) et est idéalement situé à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Un vrai plus pour le jacuzzi et la terrasse, qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci encore à Dimitrios et Olga pour leur gentillesse, et pour nous avoir recommandé quelques adresses de restaurants où l’on s’est régalé ! Je recommande sans hésitation, et espère revenir l’année prochaine :)

Unser Navi hat uns nicht ans richtige Haus geleitet, so dass wir uns von Stella, der Vermieterin telefonisch helfen lassen mussten. Sie spricht ein gutes englisch, so dass die Kommunikation immer geht. Die Familie betreibt die Bäckerei im Dorf neben der Tankstelle, ggf. wird von dort aus auch weitergeholfen. Auch mit Tipps für die Insel. Unsere drei Klimaanlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert, wir haben sie besonders nachts gebraucht. In der Wohnung nebenan ist eine ausgefallen, bereits am Tag drauf wurde sie von Fachpersonal ausgetauscht. Für den Zugang zum Meer, das ja direkt am Grundstück mit unglaublichen Sonnenaufgängen punktet benötigt man Badeschuhe, da man über Felsen einsteigen muss. das geht aber problemlos und das Wasser ist klar und traumhaft. In der Küche hat uns ein kleiner Topf gefehlt, den haben wir sofort aus Stellas privater Küche bekommen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß, nimmt problemlos auch eine große Melone auf. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und vor allem die Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Dennis ist sehr aufmerksam und wir konnten ihm bei jeden Anliegen schreiben und er hat uns sofort weitergeholfen. Zusätzlich hat er uns mit vielen Tipps über die Insel versorgt. Wir würden die Unterkunft von Dennis definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Η απόλυτη διαμονή με τη θάλασσα στα 2 μέτρα! Πανέμορφο σπίτι με εξίσου πανέμορφο κήπο όπου η σκιά υπήρχε πάντα ακόμα και όλο το μεσημέρι! Η φιλοξενία έφτανε στα όρια να νιώθεις ότι σε φιλοξενεί ο κολλητός σου φίλος! Σιγουρα πολλά καλοκαίρια θα είμαστε εκεί!

The villa was beautiful, very special and we felt safe and peaceful. Andreas came everyday to check the pool and Irena cleaned every two days, both of them very kind and lovely people. Valia’s communication was amazing and she recommended Explore cars to hire a car who met us at the airport and gave us a great deal. There was a huge storm the night we arrived and the place flooded. Valia ensured Irena came by with more towels the next day as we’d used them to stop the water. Stepping out of your garden into the sea is such a wonderful privilege and waking up to watch the sunrise here is incredible.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, φιλόξενοι οικοδεσπότες, υπέροχο περιβάλλον. Θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στην περιοχή.

Nice place to visit Olympia and enjoy the sandy beaches. Mirsinis place is comfortable and located between olive trees. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful beach-side house with great views across the Gulf of Corinth. The ground floor is a spacious open plan living area with big comfy sofas and a well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are also generous size, each with a balcony. The fittings furniture and interior are very classy and made for a luxurious stay. The location is great - we stayed in May and it was very quiet in the area. The beach is right on your doorstep and it's a pleasant area to walk around. It's good to have a car if you want to get to the centre of Patras, although there is a train station maybe 3-400m away. The host was communicative and helpful. We arrived at night and it took us a little while to find the house. Note that it's the last house on the left as you drive towards the sea. The GPS pin is not quite in the right place. All in all I highly recommend this place.

Le meilleur hébergement lors de notre périple de 4 semaines dans le Péloponnèse, avec un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé (ça change des boites à clés…). Disponibilité totale. Merci à Avva qui s’est occupé de notre linge (lavage et … séchage)..Merci à Mennelaos pour son aide au remplacement de notre roue crevée. Cerise sur le gâteau, la mer au pied du jardin, et le site d’Olympie à une trentaine de minutes en voiture. À réserver sans modération.

Εξαιρετικός Χώρος, όπως στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρός και φιλόξενος. Το σπίτι πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένο και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικοί οι οικοδεσπότες. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, προσεγμένος κ καθαρός με όμορφη θέα στα 5’ με τα πόδια το κέντρο. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν ευγενική, φιλική και πάντα διαθέσιμη για ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά!

Très joli endroit. Ce sont des appartements mitoyens (les autres sont également loués, la propriétaire habite à côtéà). La mer est à 10 mètres en face de la maison et elle est splendide.

Πολύ όμορφος και περιποιημένος εσωτερικός χώρος με όμορφο κήπο. Εχει οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε στην κουζίνα. Ο χώρος πάρκινγκ χώρεσε 7 οχήματα χωρίς θέμα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ διακριτικοί και ανταποκρίθηκαν σωστά στα πάντα και ήταν ελαστικοί με την ώρα αναχώρησης. Η διαδρομή προς το κέντρο της Πάτρας είναι πολύ ευχάριστη και δεν καταλαβαίνεις ποτε έφτασες

Έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη από την διαμονή μου.Η κ.Μαργαρίτα πάρα πολύ ευγενική, εξυπηρετική σε όλα, το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο,είχε όλα όσα γράφει μέσα.Με το καλωσόρισμα είχε κ λικέρ για σερβίρισμα.Σιγουρα θα την ξανά προτιμήσω αν ξανά πάω Πάτρα. Το συστήνω με κλειστά μάτια.

Die Villa ist echt toll und alles war sehr sauber. Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenaufgang. Die Terasse mit dem Whirlpool und dem beleuchteten Garten ist wunderschön. Ca. 100 Meter durch den Garten ans Meer. Unbedingt Wasserschuhe mitnehmen für den Einstieg ins Meer. Zum schwimmen und schnorcheln ist es wunderbar. Die Kommunikation mit Dimitris war einwandfrei und freundlich, er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat Vorschläge für die Umgebung abgegeben. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

I would give this beautiful apartment and Labrini more than 5 stars if I could. Everything was thought of, the presentation was flawless and a lot of thought had gone into providing an elegant but comfortable home away from home. The beds and linens were perfect and the welcome gift of home made goodies was a lovely touch. We were very sad to leave to continue our exploration of Greece but if it weren’t so far away from home, I’d love to return for longer. Thank you for a memorable stay, Labrini and Christos.

10/10. Had a lovely stay here! Lovely bakery down the road which is a 10 min walk. Location is quiet and peaceful and was perfect for our little one to sleep. Host was lovely and responds quickly. We needed a travel cot and high chair and this was provided for us. Gave us recommendations for the area and car higher. Would defo recommend staying here! The villa was perfect, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and a little one. I would live here if I could. The villa is lovely and would highly recommend.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, ειδικά για παρέες αρκετών ατόμων, καθώς υπάρχει ιδιωτικότητα και αρκετά πράγματα να κάνεις (μπιλιάρδο, ποδοσφαιράκι, πισίνα, ενώ υπάρχουν και κάποιες διαδρομές γύρω από το σπίτι που μπορεί να ακολουθήσει κανείς.) Το χωριό Πλάτανος είναι πολύ κοντά, με mini markets, ταβέρνες κ.λπ. Ο Αντώνης είναι εξαιρετικά συνεννοήσιμος, ενώ ότι είχαμε πει πραγματοποιήθηκε στο ακέραιο.

Το σπίτι είναι μεγάλο με άνετα δωμάτια,ιδανικό για μεγάλες παρέες ή οικογένειες. Εχει μεγάλο κήπο και βρίσκεται πάρα πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, 3 λεπτά με το αμάξι. Η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ εξυπηρετική και διαθέσιμη να βοηθήσει.

Welcome to a slice of Heaven!!!! Nikos’ Villa Nilena was just as shown in the photos and was quite well equipped. We were warmly greeted by Nikos’ father who gave a thorough tour of the home. The flowers, olive and citrus trees surrounding the property were beautiful and the view of the sea are extraordinary. It was so nice to wake up each morning and have coffee on the terrace, enjoy a fresh orange picked from the grove, then later in the day wander down to the beach and take a chair and umbrella at one of the local establishments. Beach side beverage service was also available. The nearby hotel serves yummy meals and there is another property that has a beautiful bar and restaurant. The fact that they were so close to the villa made our stay very enjoyable. We give this property our highest possible recommendation, and look forward to staying there again.

WOW. Just… wow. I honestly thought the place looked amazing in the photos, but seeing it in person completely blew me away, it’s even more stunning in real life! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole vibe of the place is peaceful and relaxing. It felt like the perfect escape. The host went above and beyond, everything I could possibly need was already prepared: snacks, fruit, even wine to enjoy while taking in the view. It’s the little thoughtful touches that made the experience feel extra special. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This was way more than just a stay, it was an experience. 100% would come back!

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!
