Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Our small, cozy apartment for 2 people is located about 2.5 km or 15 minutes by bike from the North Sea coast. The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The living room is equipped with a TV. Private terrace and small, fenced garden offer space for grilling and relaxation. Shopping facilities are in the next village (5 minutes by car). In the heart of the coastal resort of Dornumersiel, on the 2nd floor of a quiet, well-kept and new 4-party house, you will find our 60 sqm, bright and lovingly furnished apartment Heimathafen. From Heimathafen, you can easily reach the beach and the harbor of Dornumersiel or the "Dornumersieler Tief" in just 20 minutes on foot, where you can example, you can ride a pedal boat. The apartment is also the perfect starting point for cycling tours.

Lüttje Kluntje Brookmerland

The attic apartment with its 30 square meters is the perfect size to spend a few nice days together or alone. The apartment is quietly and rurally located, on the outskirts in a cul-de-sac. In the bedroom, there is a bed with the size 160 cm x 200 cm. A highlight is the shower which is integrated directly into the bedroom. Unfortunately no pets allowed. Emden, Aurich, Norddeich, Greetsiel… Everything can be reached by car in 10-20 minutes

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

Our apartment is located in the former residential area of a historic and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dyke, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian expanse and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to feel good.
