Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Wellness Lodge with private sauna and jacuzzi

Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

Unique wooden house, near forest and lakes

We built the wooden house ourselves in 2019 with used materials. The house can accommodate 4 people, the kitchen diner has a cozy dining table and comfortable seating area. The living room has a beautiful glass roof that provides a beautiful light exposure. - Kitchen equipped with combi oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob and oven. The 1st bedroom is located on the first floor, next to the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom can be reached with a short staircase on the 1st floor

Private holiday cottage at river Vecht in Maarssen

Lovely private holiday cottage with own entrance and view on river, meadow and forest, situated at river Vecht between Breukelen. This cottage consists of a living (with TV and WIFI), kitchen, separate toilet on ground floor and upstairs a spacious bedroom with double bed, airco, infrared sauna, a bathroom with shower, sink and 2nd toilet. Located in touristic countryside 10 km north of Utrecht and 25 km south of Amsterdam; ideal for city-trip, cycling, boating, relaxing!

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Central located apartment - groundfloor & airco

Feel welcome at our modern and clean apartment. It's located in a cute neighbourhood within 10 min walk to the old city centre and central station. It is a quiet street next to the vibrant 'Lombok' area. This makes it the ideal place to stay and discover Utrecht by foot. Out of respect for the neighbours parties are not allowed. Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !

Welcome to this wonderful, spacious, and sunny apartment! At 120m², you have all the space you need for a relaxing stay. You can park for free, and there are EV charging stations just around the corner. The train station and bus stop are only a one-minute walk away. Within 5 minutes, you'll be in the bustling heart of Utrecht. Within 35 minutes, you can be in Amsterdam. Groceries and takeaway restaurants are right in the neighborhood.

Cosy studio in Utrecht centre + free parking

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

Feel welcome! Behind our house is De Schuur, a romantic, cozy and unique guest house, equipped with every comfort so that you can relax and enjoy yourself. Enjoy the Jacuzzi and sauna on the veranda. There is a gas BBQ and a lovely outdoor fireplace. (BBQ and outdoor fireplace for a fee) The bakery with fresh rolls is within walking distance. Sypesteyn Castle is across the road. Amsterdam and Utrecht +/-20 min.

Romantic studio guesthouse Bethune

Guesthouse Bethune is located in the beautiful village of Tienhoven, in the middle of the Dutch lake district. Amsterdam (30 min by car) and Utrecht (15 min) are nearby. The area is famous for biking and hiking but also boat trips along the river Vecht with its castles and famous historic houses. You can enjoy the great nature (many birds) with one of our bikes or our kayak. Self catering / without breakfast.
