Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Yoku House is a delightful, fully self contained two storey annexe with its own private entrance. It is moments from the clifftop and a short walk down a charming wooded path to the beach. There is a beautiful bedroom upstairs, a cosy living room downstairs, and an exceptional bathroom with a traditional cast iron bath. We have superfast WiFi, with TV subscriptions including Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV+ and ITVX. A perfect place for a relaxing break or to work remotely in a wonderful location.

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

A romantic hideaway where English charm meets soft French elegance. Set within a beautifully restored former carriage house, this petite, cosy retreat is designed for two-intimate, calm, and full of character. Thoughtful details, gentle lighting and indulgent linens invite you to slow down and unwind together. The space is intentionally small and has no kitchen, encouraging evenings spent dining out at the many exceptional restaurants just moments away. With a private entrance/parking.

Nutkins

A quirky 1 bedroom suite in an old 1880s cottage. Guests have the use of a shower room, living room with sofa bed and spiral staircase to a double bedroom, all with air conditioning. Off street parking and a rear courtyard garden. The property is a 1 minute walk from Winton shopping centre and town bus routes. A 5 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth and beaches. A great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance and a quick bus ride or drive to the centre of town.

We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast, it is scrupulously clean & is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities, a light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room. You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge.

Very light airy warm annex, self controlled heat units comfortable , en suite, the apartment is ground level, not suitable for disabled, it's a 20 min walk into the centre of Bournemouth and 20 mins to the beach front. The apartment is close to many restaurants. Bournemouth gdns are within walking distance.
