The house is recently decorated and comfortable and should suit your holiday or business stay. There is even a picnic hamper for you to use if you wish. In winter there is a wood burning stove.

Sandbanks beach is just under 3 miles by car. You can catch the chain ferry at Sandbanks to Studland Bay with its beautiful beaches and great pubs and cafes.

Explore our charming town and its local shops, restaurants a stroll away, or perhaps take a short drive to the coast for a day at the beach or into the heart of the New Forest. The New Forest offers endless opportunities for adventure, relaxation, and exploration.

The Boho - the largest beach house

The Boho is just a 4 minute walk to the beach and town, so perfect location. We are the biggest house to accommodate large families and groups so close to the beach and town. I have hosted guests for many years and I'm passionate about The Boho and updating rooms. Its a huge house and accommodates all very comfortably. We use Insta as a story board to show our works and I try to keep the page real and to install confidence in my guests. Good vibes only here at the Boho.
