We had a great stay at Crystal’s accommodation. It was as described—clean, well-equipped, and located on a large, well-maintained caravan site. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, but it was also peaceful and relaxing for the adults. The onsite facilities were easy to access, and the short walk to a beautiful, quiet sandy beach was a real highlight. It’s also just a short drive to many local attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Crystal was a responsive and helpful host throughout.

Really loved our stay. The lodge was immaculate and exactly as described. Pet friendly especially the enclosed veranda wrapping round the lodge. Wendy was lovely, greeting us upon arrival to ensure all was well and answer any questions. Well equipped in all rooms and extremely comfortable with lots of storage. We would definitely not hesitate to recommend or return. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Our time in Rosie’s caravan was truly enjoyable. The space was spotless and well-organized, making it feel immediately welcoming. The shower had excellent pressure and consistently hot water, which was a real treat. We had no issues with the TV reception, and everything worked smoothly. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, complemented by soft, supportive pillows. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Rosie herself was a fantastic host—warm, quick to respond, and full of helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. We will come back again!

Amazing stay and beautiful home. We couldn't have asked for anything more for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of the country. Easy to get into Winchester and easy to find. Fiona was a welcoming host who made us feel very welcome at every stage. I would highly recommend booking this property to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! This is a beautiful house. It’s got three great living spaces - two reception room and a big kitchen. There’s also the outside space and the pool. We had a great time. We also enjoyed the private entrance to the beach, which is just across the road from the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We found some good places to eat: Mamma Mia, The Lagoon and Chez Moi (great place to celebrate a family birthday). Would recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed. Great place for catching up and if the sun shines the garden, pool and tennis courts are perfect.

Amazing stay in East Wittering, we loved being so close to the beach and the house is amazing and perfect for our family of 4 generations! The garden and outside area was perfect for us and so big for children and dog to play in. Thanks so much for an amazing stay, would definitely recommend!

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

Ideal for a large family gathering, plenty of space indoors and outside. Perfect garden for children, and/or for adults to relax. We had three babies, a toddler, six adults and a dog, yet we didn't feel cramped. Easy walk to East Wittering beach, and cafes, pubs, and shops. 5 minute drive to West Wittering beach. Other places and attractions within a 30 min drive

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Vanessa's property in West Wittering is a true gem. The home is gorgeous, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. Located on a private road, it's about a 15-minute walk to a secluded part of the beach, offering a sense of exclusivity and tranquility. The beach itself is a highlight, with clear, warm water that's safe for all to swim in, and perfect sand for building sandcastles. The property's location away from the main car park means fewer people, giving us the feeling of having the beach to ourselves. Vanessa was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The surrounding area is also delightful, with a great nearby pub, local shops in West and East Wittering, and a fantastic butcher and restaurants. We had an excellent long weekend and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful family beach getaway. It's an ideal spot for families and those seeking a bit of privacy and natural beauty!

Lovely family home in beautiful and quiet location, near the beach. It’s very well equipped for cooking, and was a very comfortable stay for our family, including young children. Would fully recommend to others.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Place was so lovely and light inside with the views out to the sea. We were especially grateful to have a later check out to be able to stay longer and have more time in the area. Perfect place for family and dog!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at Jacqui's home. The garden is beautiful with lovely established trees and an outdoor shower. The interiors were beautiful with comfortable beds and everything we needed to make us feel at home. Jacqui was very quick to respond to messages and was very helpful on the local area. West Wittering is fabulous. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful few days at Culver House! It might just be the perfect holiday home, we loved it.
