Dog friendly Cottage in rural Dorset ( The Shed)

Cottage lovingly converted from a once gardeners shed and apple store which used to belong to the main house built in 1890 . Has a very National trust feel to the place wild flower beds have been created and in spring time the cottage looks onto the apple tree in bloom and daffodils. 15 square metres sunny gravel courtyard . To the side of the cottage is a victorian greenhouse with original vines that produce grapes and beds of Rosemary and thyme amongst the Rhubarb it's a real Cottage garden .

The self-catering cottage is in a unique gated courtyard near the foot of Gold Hill and is within a short walk of the town centre and a local pub. It is compact and therefore suitable for singles and couples (I do not accept 3rd party bookings), and we also welcome well-behaved pets. You will have use of a private enclosed garden a short walk from the cottage, and on-street parking is available nearby.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

The Cabin

The cabin is located in the garden of the Old School House in a countryside location. It is simple but elegantly furnished with an ensuite shower room. There are plenty of sockets, lighting and its own strong wi-fi connection. It is cosy, clean and comfortable with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. We have provided tea, instant coffee and the basics that you may require for breakfast on the first day. There isn’t a full kitchen or any cooking facilities at the cabin.
