Holiday rentals with a hot tub in West Somerset District

Great location with lovely views. We stayed for our wedding and Lucy was very accommodating with deliveries etc dropping things off in the morning. Lucy's place was very clean and had all the amenities you could want. A great place!

Lovely place, very peaceful and relaxing. Lovely gesture by the host with the bottle of Prosecco thank you 😊 Claire was very helpful and responsive to messages. Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. What can we say, from booking our stay, to leaving after an amazing week, we truly felt at home. Kam and Bens home is beautiful throughout, there wasn’t one thing that we thought we needed or wanted that wasn’t provided for. Kam met us on arrival, earlier than we expected, and showed us around her wonderful home, all instructions in a helpful guide in the kitchen, even tide times, for trips. Great advice for our trip to Lundy, she even sent us up to date weather forecast . Kam provided us with mobile numbers if we were stuck for anything, and ensured it was ok for Ben to check the hot-tub, when we were out. Lovely touches, such as robes for getting out of the tub, were much appreciated. Superb hosts, will definitely visit again, our daughter and her partner joined us for a few days and loved every minute, lovely walk to the beach, only 10mins away, and the most amazing sunsets from the lounge and bedroom . We had an amazing 50th birthday party at Sophie’s house. This is a gorgeously characterful property with the most amazing gardens, 15 mins walk into Glasto and 10 mins to the torr. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. We had an early check in and late checkout for no extra cost and communication was brilliant throughout.

We fell in love with the house , location and facilities as soon as we arrived. It had everything we needed , the children loved it , from playing tennis, skittles to bar football and stories by the wood burner before bed. Everything was there for us, a separate table in the games room for arts and crafts and games to lovely comfortable furniture outside looking across to the sheep , the children loved the opportunity to be able to walk around the field with the sheep, with one of them saying "this is the best holiday ever" and another saying " this is the best day of my whole life". Thank you Rachel for creating a perfect holiday home where we have made some amzing family memories,

My friends and I enjoyed our beautiful and quiet girls weekend away. The lodge is exactly how it’s described and looked like the pictures, very comfortable and clean stay, the hot tub is incredible. On a cloudless night you can sit back in the tub and see how clear the stars are. Lisa is a wonderful host who greeted us when we arrived to show us how to use the hot tub and gave some locations to visit. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, away from the everyday hustle and bustle of city life, recharge your energy, you need a stay here. We visited Wincanton, Sherborne and Glastonbury during our two night stay. An absolute gem of a find, friends and I would love to book again next year for a few more days, absolutely breathtaking scenery for an amazing price.

We had a fabulous stay at Deerview Lodge. In a stunning countryside location with views over the fields. It is peaceful, the hot tub is lovely. A very comfortable, well maintained and spotless property. The owner is friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Daniela was amazing. She helped us every step of the way, clear communication, great details and made our trip to Wales extremely easy. She was highly responsive to every question we sent. The place was beautiful, exactly as described, and so restful and peaceful. Grateful for our time here!

Nile are a awesome man how help me a lot. My plan with the without the house couldn’t take me and my friends, so we were standing without anywhere to live thanks to Neil. My wife didn’t divorce me.

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend

Lovely few days away in a small complex of lodges, staff on site very approachable and a very short distance to the lake. The cafe and restaurant didn’t seem that inviting and very quiet for Easter but that’s no reflection on Roz place. We enjoyed the hot tub unfortunately we weren’t able to use the outside lounging area due to weather being mixed. We enjoyed travelling to Bude (beautiful place) and we enjoy going to strawberry fields farm and coffee shop. The site is very peaceful and the lodges are set out so everyone is well spaced out and Roz has a lovely position overlooking the field (no animals currently). My husband used the gym once which was handy. Thanks for a nice few days

Our family had a good stay, there was plenty of space for 9 adults and 3 infants. The garden was really spacious and we enjoyed use of the fire pit, BBQ, trampoline and hot tub. The only downside was the kitchen was a bit small for us, as we cooked the majority of meals at home and ordered a big food shop for a week, which we had to split between the two kitchens (upstairs and downstairs). Walkable to Princetown where there are local facilities and amenities, plus driving to many nice places on the moors, but roads are narrow and can take some time to get places, being in the heart of Dartmoor.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's house! The property was very clean, spacious and provided a comfortable environment for our family gathering. Each room was unique and generously sized, and having en-suite bathrooms in every room was a big plus. The hot tub was a great addition and made our evenings extra relaxing. Our only small suggestions would be that the football area outside is on a slope, which makes it a bit tricky to play on, and the barbecue could use a bit of maintenance/cleaning to be easier to use. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this place for group stays!

We had a lovely week at Alpine Grove touring park. Clear communication from Keith. The space was very clean and had all facilities needed for our stay. Our toddler also really enjoyed the swimming pool! Would definitely stay again. Loved it

Just back from a lovely weekend away at Tom’s cabin. The cabin was in a great location, private, peaceful with beautiful wildlife surroundings. The hot tub was a real treat. Great communication from Tom during the weekend if needed, check in and out was a breeze. A perfect weekend for my wife’s 40th birthday celebrations.

The shepherds hut was a lovely peaceful place to stay, it came equipped with everything we needed & was the Perfect break needed. Hot tub was lovely and bonus for the hut having its own bathroom. Decorated lovely nice & clean & overall great place to stay. Many thanks!

We had booked in for a very short stay of only two nights but we wish it had been longer, much longer. We cannot fault The Signal Box; everything to make a stay pleasant, convenient and enjoyable had been thought of. The exceptional view, the history of Luckett Station, the friendly sheep, the hot-tub, the superbly comfortable bed - all combined to make this an experience that we will remember for a long time to come. The entire property was beautifully kept, with immaculate gardens and a very high standard inside. The instructions for access on arrival to the property were clear and easy to follow and the business is obviously very well run. Definitely worth recommending to others and a return visit. Thank you for having us.

1000/10 could not recommend more . Hosts were extremely welcoming but not overbearing in the slightest. Very easy check in very fairly priced and good transport links to city centre. Couldn’t recommend more

Simply stunning couple of nights away. The location is beautifully quiet in the woods. The only note is that it is next door to a holiday home so there can be some noise in the evenings which we experienced, but it didn’t matter one bit to us. Cosy living space and a nice comfy bed with a lovely en suite bathroom. The Chicken House is the best air b n b we have stayed in and we will absolutely be back to use the hot tub as we are gutted we didn’t get the chance to use it this time as we were too busy :) Thank you again for a lovely stay!
