Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. A quiet annexe on the side of the farmhouse, offering a relaxing space for two on a beef farm with views to die for! A self contained unit ensuring your own privacy with kitchenette, lounge, kingsize bedroom and ensuite bathroom/shower. Patio/garden with excellent views. Parking. There are plenty of walks from the farm. A shopping outlet village less than 5 miles away, plus lots of places to visit locally. (There is also a z bed for use if needed.) A warm welcome awaits you! X

Cwtch in the Vale

A beautiful and bright self contained annexe with double bed, ensuite shower room, dining area and kitchenette. Relax after a long walk in the surrounding countryside or snuggle up in toweling robes to a Netflix movie on the 32” smart TV. Ideally located in the rural village of Hensol, our newly renovated and tastefully decorated space is the perfect place to unwind. 7 min walk/2 minute drive from Llanerch Vineyard & Hensol Castle 3 min drive from The Vale Resort and Golf Club.

The Orchards Guest Suite.

Our Guest Suite is a private annex with its own access situated in beautiful Mid Devon, where you can come and go as you please. Guests are welcome to enjoy the comforts and facilities provided within peaceful and quiet surroundings backing onto open countryside.This includes safe parking and secure bicycle storage. A continental breakfast is provided too. We have recently installed a EV charger for you to use at at a small cost, relax whilst your EV is charging.

The Orchard Hut- The Perfect Romantic Hideaway

Welcome to The Orchard Hut at Way Farm. Nestled away in the middle of our historic orchard, our hut offers luxurious accommodation with stunning countryside views on the edge of Exmoor. Watch our pedigree cattle grazing in the luscious fields beyond, unwind in the wood fired hot tub under the stars with a glass of locally brewed ale or English fizz or curl up on the cosy bed with a book. However you choose to relax. The Orchard Hut is the perfect place.

Shepherd's View - A delightful rural retreat

Luxury self-contained shepherd's hut on the Somerset/Devon border. Situated in the peaceful rural countryside with beautiful views across the rolling hills. Our spacious hut is set in its own secluded garden space with patio area and firepit. Ideally placed for visiting the Quantocks, Exmoor and the Blackdown Hills, it is also close to a good range of shops in the nearby market town of Wiveliscombe. A highly recommended pub is within walking distance.

Private 1st floor flat with full kitchen (oven + hob), big shower, large deck. In peaceful rural setting with views of fields, cows and trees, 7 miles from Exeter centre. Range of breakfast items, including eggs from our hens. Comfy kingsize bed. 4 ft sofabed available for 1 or 2 people. Floor mattress and/or travel cot are available. High chair.

Stargazer in country garden

A rustic stargazer where you can fall asleep watching the stars and wake up to the sound of birdsong! A rural spot, far from street lighting, the sky lights up on clear nights. Simple, basic, but unusual accommodation. This is a wooden A-frame structure with enough room for two to sleep in with a mainly glass roof.
