Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

A cute Golden getaway for the outdoor & concert enthusiast. Easy access to Red Rocks amphitheater and miles of trails. Minutes to enjoying downtown Golden's charm. Hop on the RTD light rail to go downtown for sports events and concerts. Located within walking distance on the 6th Avenue frontage road. Our home has a guidebook available when you get here for everything that you will want to see and do. We have a strict "No Pet" policy due to allergies with owners. Thank you for understanding.

Explore nearby mountain bike trails or easily access the freeway for skiing and hiking adventures. Kitchenette amenities include coffee, tea, microwave, and refrigerator.

Mid century Studio

Studio in a mid century style house. Room has a desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. Private bathroom with a ship lap wall. Have AC hooked up for summer! I do control from my side of house. Let me know if it’s too hot. Have a fan to help circulate air based on need from reviews. Won’t provide coffee. Sorry it usually gets old before people use it. Only has one bed!! Also my dog will bark at other dogs/ animals so unfortunately service pets aren’t a great fit. Sorry

Stay in the perfect location in the middle of it all - 15 minutes to Red Rocks, or downtown Denver; 1.5 hours to Breckenridge or Rocky Mountain National Park! Our guest suite (the bottom level of our home) provides you with a beautiful spot to relax and rest before taking on your next adventure. We live on the upper level and ask that guests respect quiet hours from from 10 pm - 7 am. Guests should anticipate hearing us upstairs during the daytime. All are welcome here.

Family Friendly! The location of the home is ideal - quiet neighborhood on the south end of Golden, away from the bustle of downtown, but only moments away from HWY470, I70, & 6th. Downtown Denver is 15 min, Red Rocks is 4 miles! This is a 3 bedroom + large office space (with pullout), 2 full bath. Closest trail access is less than a mile, we're a 5 minute drive or 10 min bike to downtown Golden and breweries are just 1 mi away. Skiing is max 1 hr from our door.
