Monthly Rentals in West Pleasant View

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Mike’s place! Very close proximity to Red Rocks for a reasonable price. Despite being a tiny home we felt like we had plenty of room and all of the finishes on the home are top notch. We were extremely comfortable during our stay and would happily stay at Mike’s place again.

The place is spacious. We had seven people and up to two dogs. We were able to accomodate more family for dinner one night. Everything we needed was there. The neighborhood is eclectic with small, larger, and duplex housing. It felt safe and walkable. Good access to Colorado Mills and I-70

We were meeting family, and making floral arrangements, for a wedding. Brian’s place was perfect for our needs. Lots of social space and large kitchen with small bedrooms (who needs big bedrooms when spending time with family and friends). Everything you need is there. Brian is a great host. Very helpful and responsive.

I was extremely pleased with Jenni’s place in Golden! It was so comfortable and very close to many activities! The place had lots of room (much more than I originally thought from the pictures!) and everything was very clean! The living room was awesome, my Dad loved the recliner! I had my Labrador with me and he loved having the fenced in yard, which was adorable! There were strawberries growing in the garden!! Jenni was very responsive to all questions and my family and I were very pleased with our stay!! Will come back again!!
