Pet-friendly holiday rentals in West Plains

I stayed here while I was traveling for work, it was a great stay for that and really worth the money. Would recommend.

We got in early and Joshua was very helpful and quickly responded in letting us check in early (we had some cold food in our truck). The place was very clean and up to date appliances and the bed was very comfortable. We were looking forward to using the washer and dryer, but unfortunately the washers rubber drain seal for the door was moldy and smelly. Only other thing was the night stand legs feel like they are about to wobble off. Sometimes things don't get taken care of unless the owners now about it- we understand completely ! We really enjoyed our stay !! Thank you again Joshua !

After seeing The Octagon advertised on another platform, I immediately knew that I had to check it out. Mary did not disappoint! It was everything that I imagined it could be and exceeded expectations. The Octagon sits on a private 5 acres the reveals itself only after navigating through a winding driveway into a clearing. There, it will feel as if you entered another world. With all the aesthetics of an old homestead, yet modern amenities (EXCEPTIONAL WIFI for the area) you won’t regret coming and will never want to leave. The Octagon is THEE PERFECT place to enjoy the Ozarks. We will be back very soon!!

James was very responsive. He was friendly and answered our questions immediately. We highly recommend his beautiful, modern home.

Heron house is amazing! Just sit on the patio and watch the river, or go down to the shore and put a hook in the water. It was so relaxing. The house itself is very well stocked with condiments and seasonings. There was a welcome snack basket, fresh flower bouquet, plus fresh milk in the refrigerator. Chris and Margo are absolutly the best hosts! Thank you so much for a great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house by the river! The location was perfect for relaxation, with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The cabin itself was well-equipped, clean, and super comfortable. Great spot for a quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful. anytime we had a question the response was immediate. conversations on the phone were very friendly. would like to suggest a tv upstairs, if an older couple stays it is hard for them to climb the steps to the game room in order to watch television. otherwise thw Lillipad is perfect for a enjoyable vacation

WOW! This place is exactly as listed, it's completely updated and very nice inside and out. It came stocked with starter toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags which is nice if you are only staying a couple days like us because it lasted the whole stay. The bathrooms also came stocked with bath, hand and face towels and soap, the bathrooms were both very clean and nicely updated, the upstairs shower has great water pressure but the shower floor does make a creaking noise and almost feels hollow underneath. The bedrooms are both very large and the beds were super nice (they do have a foamy/pillow-top pad on them) and the one on the right with the built in vanity is a very tall bed (I am just at 5'3" and kinda had to jump climb to get in the bed) but very comfy. The patio out back is a nice feature however if you have small dogs you will not want to let them out there as the fence has large gaps under it. Overall 10 out of 10 and will stay here again.

Cute little place. Loved the cedar walls… smelled wonderful! Our family of four stayed there comfortably and we were able to bring our dog. Lori was very helpful with check-in and friendly.

Doug’s place was a welcome retreat for our extended family for Thanksgiving 2024. We had seven adults and 6 kids - all had an amazing time. Here are some things we really liked about Doug’s place: 1. The kitchen was spacious and squeaky clean. There were loads of appliances and helpful kitchen tools to use. Our family was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in the bright, spacious, and well-equipped space. 2. The huge dining room table easily fit our large party. We loved the dark wood and the contemporary benches to complement our holiday feast. There was also additional seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of room to entertain. 3. The kids, aged 8-16, loved playing in the basement game room. Pool, foosball, basketball, and a large device-compatible screen. The television also has many streaming services. Lots of seating and sports for lounging. The six kids loved it. 4. The hot tub was a nice touch on the cool days and nights. The tub could hold 8 adults easily. Fun times!

It's easy to tell that these folks work in the education field based on how thorough and organized the guest info binder was! It was a great touch on top of an already great place!

This is our second time staying at Ashley's place, and it was great, yet again! It felt very homey, and the games were great for the kids. My husband and I appreciated the fact that she let us check-in early (we had arrived earlier than anticipated), and we were able to grab some groceries and get settled in at a decent time. That was extremely helpful and we are so grateful! Everything was nice and clean! As usual, she was very responsive. We had a great time at the place while we were in town visiting family! Will most likely be staying again later in the year!

The place was nice. It has plenty to do and is close to Norfork Lake with a private launch. The owners are very nice and communicate very well. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. We had some weather issues and had to cut the stay short but that was no fault of the owners. Overall, we are planning another stay with them.

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

So Anedodi, is the best bang for the buck. I love how they have left the extras that other guest "donate" we left some beautiful florals and and other dish ware. It feels just like going to the family cabin. And that is the BIGGEST Bath tub i have ever seen in my life everyone's first response was how did they get it in here, i think they built the house around it..lol Everything is really great and when you're stressed just go have a drink on the porch and watch the sunset did wonders for my soul.. thank you so much Hilary for sharing your piece of heaven.. the Martin-Teager's although i didn't get a hyphen even on face book so scratch that Thank You, The Martin's ...lol

Brookie Inn is everything they promise! the home is very clean and comfortable. I had my 2 children (4 and 3) and the backyard was a wonderful space for them to safely play. completely fenced. the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans, plates and bowls. The home is perfectly located in a very quiet area. Anytime we come visit family, my 1st choice will be Brookie Inn. Thank you again to the great hosts!

Shelley's place was great to stay at. Great place for our furbabies they felt at home This place is not for everyone though, you have to be able to relax and enjoy nature and being in a very private, secluded & very cozy. There was a storm on our last night and we lost power but there were plenty of candles to keep the cabin lit and to be honest it just added to our experience there not to mention that the power people came to the remote cabin just to make sure we were ok and let us know that a pole had been brought down by a tree and that has never happened to us before. If you are looking to get away from everything and be left alone then this is the place for you. Shelley was very responsive with all our questions during our stay, we stayed a week here. Oh the fire place works great and so does the wifi. It's a great rustic cabin in the middle of the woods surrounded by peace and quiet. Thanks Shelley and if you ever decide to sell please let us know...... lol Michael & Kateryne

We had a great stay. Would highly recommend. Location was great for fishing and access to local attractions. Amenities were perfect.

The place was adorable and worked perfect for our needs. We booked on short notice and they were extremely accommodating even though we got in later than expected. Highly recommend staying here!

Heather provided a clean and comfortable home. Her listing was thorough and we thought knew what to expect. When we walked in, it was more than expected with thoughtful touches of welcome. It smelled good too. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Our dogs enjoyed walking on the path when it wasn’t raining. We have family in West Plains and look forward to returning to the area…and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Tina is a fantastic host. Her place is very quaint and peaceful. She is easy to work with and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We would stay here again. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Gary was quick to respond. There are not a lot of 4 bedroom places available and this one worked out great for us. It’s About 15 minutes from town.
