Doug’s place was a welcome retreat for our extended family for Thanksgiving 2024. We had seven adults and 6 kids - all had an amazing time. Here are some things we really liked about Doug’s place: 1. The kitchen was spacious and squeaky clean. There were loads of appliances and helpful kitchen tools to use. Our family was able to prepare our entire Thanksgiving meal in the bright, spacious, and well-equipped space. 2. The huge dining room table easily fit our large party. We loved the dark wood and the contemporary benches to complement our holiday feast. There was also additional seating at the kitchen bar. Lots of room to entertain. 3. The kids, aged 8-16, loved playing in the basement game room. Pool, foosball, basketball, and a large device-compatible screen. The television also has many streaming services. Lots of seating and sports for lounging. The six kids loved it. 4. The hot tub was a nice touch on the cool days and nights. The tub could hold 8 adults easily. Fun times!

Felt like home didn’t want to leave. Love the views and peaceful atmosphere. My recommendation would be to have an air fryer in kitchen but all in all I loved the fact there was multiple choice for coffee and hot chocolate for the Keurig. Bathrooms were clean and stocked as the Landry room was as well. Bedrooms where clean bed was comfortable. Would definitely come here again and have recommended others to check her home out. We take a family vacation every year and this was our favorite place we've stayed. Everything about it was perfect for us. Secluded but two minutes from everything. The house was beautiful and clean; lots of room for everyone. The basement was perfect for the kids. I cannot say enough about how wonderful of a stay this was. The host was great, too!

Absolutely beautiful home and the view is breathtaking. Our son enjoyed the outdoor game and we all enjoyed the hot tub. I would stay here every single time we are in the area. Thank you for hosting our family.

A lovely home with rocking chairs on the deck and enclosed porch, a large kitchen, streaming television, comfortable beds, and plenty of bathrooms. One of those rare locations at which pets are welcome. Great place for a multi-family getaway!

Great property with a great view! This property was furnished better than most other properties I have rented. I would highly recommend this property.

This stay was wonderful. The hosts have thought of everything, the loft is very clean and comfortable. We loved the property! Taking our coffee down to listen and watch the creek first thing in the morning was perfect for us. Beautiful place!

This property is beautiful, and so peaceful. I came here for a solo trip to reset and relax, and definitely got what I came for. The hummingbirds that hang out on the deck near their feeders ended up being the best part of the whole trip. Gorgeous sunsets, comfortable deck, surprising lack of mosquitoes, comfortable furniture, fast hot water, and responsive, helpful hosts. You really can't beat that in an airbnb. I will definitely be back!

The property was very clean and comfortable. It's a very peaceful location and right next to the Diamond Lake boat dock. The grocery store is less than 10 minutes away and has most anything you may need.

The river view is breathtaking!!!! The house is beautiful and spacious and the deck area along with the bed swing.....PERFECTION!! The house was stocked with everything we needed. Lori was super responsive any time I needed to reach out. The river was up so we could not fish from behind the house but the grandkids went to nearby Dry Run Creek several times and had a blast. The house was close to Norfork Lake where we had a great lake day on a rented pontoon with a slide. Even though the house is "out" we were 6 min from a market that had anything we needed and Walmart in Mountain Home was less than 20 min. away. We hope to return ❤️

Steven and his wife were great host! Everything was beautiful, updated, and had clear instructions for hottub, and what they expected. Very friendly and welcoming. They are willing to make your stay unforgettable, and help in any way they can! Will definitely book again when we come back to Missouri! It was the perfect get a way!

Great place to stay pictures are an accurate description of the place. You are right on the lake to see ducks and beavers with your morning cup of coffee such a relaxing place to stay thank you Eileen.

Shelley's house was a peaceful retreat tucked away along a country road. A pleasant walk past rolling farmland and quiet cows connected us to a lake with picnic and fishing opportunities. In the evening we caught fireflies and watched lightning from the ample front yard. The house was sparkling clean, tasteful and simple. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and laundry supplied everything we needed. There was pkenty of hot water--even with 5 of us taking back-to-back showers in the morning. We enjoyed a break from wi-fi and streaming TV, but if a traveler needs these, they may need to find another place to stay. We did have good cell service. We loved the handcrafted woodwork and doors and cowhide rug.

We loved staying here! The house is charming and the host left very thorough check-in and check-out instructions.

This place was awesome. Great view, the home was stocked with what ever we needed. The host was easy to get ahold of , No spiders, which was a big plus for my wife. I would definitely stay there again. 10 out of 10

Andrea and Matt’s place was phenomenal! We felt right at home and she was very happy to help with questions. The view was breathtaking and close to the marina, which we loved! I would highly recommend to anyone!

What a great stay for 3 couples. We visit Cotter every May to fish and this place is by far the best Airbnb we have found. Being new, everything is clean and up to date. Well designed and well appointed. Located right on the river was a big plus for us. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom. It's a pricey place but great value for what you get, especially shared 3 ways. Can't wait to book again next May.

The farmhouse did not disappoint. The house was so cozy, clean and we did not lack for anything coming into the home. We loved the location with its privacy and closeness to our family we were visiting in the area and the closeness to Cloud 9 Ranch. The owners were so incredibly responsive and nice from the time we booked until the time we left the house at the end of our visit. Would definitely stay again!
