Standard 10% discount due to the closed dyke section. Very secluded romantic cottage on the dike, you can walk straight into the floodplains. Rest and privacy are paramount. The cottage is now accessible in an alternative way (by car, then 50 metres, behind the main house). It is usually even quieter by the closed road, but the view of the surroundings and landscape are temporarily a bit compromised.
