The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Wochen, für eine Entdeckungstour der Gegend oder auch für einen beruflichen Aufenthalt nutzen. Mit den Wohnungen möchten wir Ihnen ein zweites zu Hause bieten, in dem Sie sich wohl fühlen und gerne wiederkommen. Die Anreise kann ab 15Uhr zu jeder Zeit erfolgen, bei Bedarf gibt es dann den Schlüsselcode.

Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Das Haus Tom verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer die liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Das Haus ist Mitte der neunziger Jahre im skandinavischen Stil errichtet worden und im Jahr 2018 aufwendig renoviert worden. Beautiful 1-room apartment (48 square meters) with kitchen, bath/shower, private sun terrace and separate entrance. Modern, bright and friendly. One parking space is available free of charge. The house is located on a quiet side street and you can walk or hike directly from the door. The Externsteine are a 15-minute walk. In the village itself there are supermarkets, bakeries, pubs and restaurants (10-minute walk). Small dogs on request

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.
