Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Tiny House "Eiche" steht am ruhigen Rand des Campingplatzes. Eingebettet zwischen Bäumen, fühlt man sich hier der Natur ganz nah."Eiche" verfügt über ein abschließbares Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem 160-cm-Bett. Auf dieser Ebene befinden sich auch die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich sowie ein großzügiges Bad. Den Wohnbereich erreicht man über eine Treppe. Die zusätzliche Schlafempore mit 140-cm-Bett schafft einen weiteren Rückzugsort.Die Terrasse bietet viel Platz zum Genießen.

This unique place to stay is very special. In the middle of the idyllic Tauber Valley, our private tiny vacation home is next to the apartment "RITA". The outdoor areas invite you to relax. The sauna in the garden can be used at an additional cost, price on request. Thanks to the pellet stove, it is always cozy inside, or you can enjoy the sun on the wooden terrace. Das BLOXS Tiny House steht auf dem Betriebsgelände der Holzwerke Gleitsmann. Die Nachbarschaft hat daher einen industriellen Charakter. Das Sägewerk ist jedoch stillgelegt und außer Betrieb. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Holzabholmarkt, so dass es zu Lärmbelästigungen durch Verladungen/Kundengesprächen kommen kann.

Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². A kitchenette, a private terrace, an illuminated parking space right outside the front door and the good feeling of living in your own home.

Idyllic tiny house in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Snow White town of Lohr am Main. In the house, built in 2022, there is a living area, kitchen, bathroom and a cozy bedroom in the attic. The private terrace overlooking the Spessart Forest invites you to dream. The hiking trail starts right outside the door. Two-legged friends are rarely seen here, but four-legged friends are. Our small zoo consists of dogs, cats and mini pigs.
