Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Our house (historical, renovated half-timbered house) is located near (approx. 9km) from Bad Münstereifel, where there is a large swimming area in addition to the outlet. Our accommodation is good for couples, families with children and furry friends (dogs) are also welcome. Directly behind the house you are ideal in the countryside, ideal for hiking and walking. The house also has a small garden for sunbathing and barbecuing. The bedrooms and bathrooms can only be reached via stairs.

Vacant house Eichenbach

In the middle of the woods of the Eifel is the small village of Eichenbach with about 62 inhabitants. Our vacation home is on the edge of the forest. There are several hiking trails along our house. Our newly renovated, large apartment is part of a historic square courtyard. On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
