Completely new, cozy 2-room-Apartment in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, washing machine & dryer as well as south terrace and 2 bikes including child trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200 m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always along the popular Warendorfer Straße, which is peppered with very nice shops. The popular nightlife district in the Südstadt and the harbor are also easy to reach.

Dich erwartet ein eigener, abgeschlossener Bereich, welchen du durch ein dazu gehöriges Treppenhaus erreichst. In unserem kleinen "Sweet Home" befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit TV, WLAN, Sessel und einem Regal (Kleideraufbewahrung).Von hier aus kannst du die getrennt liegende Dusche begehen. Der Waschbereich und die Toilette sind separat.(In diesem Raum beträgt die Deckenhöhe nur 2m) Zu unserem Sweet Home gehört zu dem eine kleine Sitz-Ecke mit Kaffee/Teebar und ein Flur mit Garderobe.

The vacation home consists of a bright living room including a kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. Outside, the sauna invites you to relax and from April to the end of October you can relax in the outdoor spa pool. The bathroom with shower is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
