The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

The apartment also offers a small courtyard that is only used by you. So you can relax and sit in the courtyard after a long day of discoveries. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phoenix Lake offers many restaurants and bars.
