The accommodation is the ideal starting point for walks, bike tours (100-castle bike route, Ems-Rad-Weg) or for excursions to the most livable city of Münster (27 km), to the horse stronghold of Warendorf (10 km) or to the place of pilgrimage of Telgte (10 km).

A whole apartment is rented. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 3rd floor in Borsigplatz (Do.- City center). There are many free parking options on our street, as well as on the neighboring streets. The city center of Dortmund is about 1 km away and can be reached super well by tram or on foot if you feel like stretching your legs. Its located in the lovely, friendly countryside also named "The Pearl of Münsterland". Hiking, biking, long walks with the kids and\or dog in the forrest and fields, along the sparkling waters. Fresh air, total privacy, spotting deer walking along the lodge makes you feel back in time and being at home surrounded by nature.

In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

Our vacation home is nestled in the park landscape of the Münsterland in the immediate vicinity of the Dortmund-Ems Canal and at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Beautifully integrated into a half-timbered ensemble, our Hüsken offers direct access to its own garden with sitting area, fireplace, barbecue, parking space and covered accommodation for bicycles. A wallbox with 11 kW is available on the premises at cost.
