THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

The apartment has 2.5 rooms, is about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 3 people who like open, bright living. The built-in kitchen is brand new. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.

Welcome to our small, cozy apartment in our animal house. Our animal house is a meeting place for people and animals, (horses, mini pigs, raccoons, dog, cat and chickens). From our location you can take many excursions, explore the great, wooded area, as well as cultural activities, e.g. in nearby Quedlinburg and Thale.

Our vacation home is located on the outskirts of Gernrode in a fantastic, quiet location on the southern slope of the Bückeberg, overlooking Gernrode, Bad Suderode and up to the Brocken. Gernrode is a district of the World Heritage City of Quedlinburg
