Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

Welcome to Wernigerode in the Harz! We look forward to welcoming you to our elaborately renovated apartment - only a five-minute walk from the old town. We have put a lot of emphasis on an ecological construction with clay bricks, clay plaster and wood fiber insulation. Free parking on public street in front of the house. On request and availability, bicycles can park/load in the yard. Our FW is exclusively for adults (max. two, from 18 years) and cannot be booked for children.

The apartment is in the heart of Wernigerode. Tours are possible in all directions. Cyclists are welcome. The apartment is for max. 2 people. It is located about 5 minutes' walk from the center. A stop for the city bus is about 30 meters away. The apartment is a self-contained apartment and is on the ground floor. No car parking space available. ATTENTION! The apartment is located on Federal Highway 244. Unfortunately, traffic noise is also to be expected during peak hours.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer sowie ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im ausgebauten Dachgeschoss, das über eine Treppe erreichbar ist – ideal als Kinderzimmer. Dazu gibt es einen offenen Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Duschbad und ein separates WC. Parken ist im nahegelegenen Parkhaus gegen Gebühr möglich.

We offer you a very well equipped, bright & modern apartment in a quiet location, not far from the Hasseröder Ferienpark with sauna and swimming pool and the Harzer narrow-gauge railway. The apartment has a bright living area. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine and reclining chair. On the upper floor is the quiet sleeping area. Outside, you can enjoy the sun on your own terrace or end the day with a barbecue.

On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. The renovated apartment has 1 cozy living room, 1 spacious dining room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a modern kitchen. In about 10 minutes you can reach downtown Wernigerode, the market square with the town hall and the many restaurants and shops. The bathing establishment is opposite, and the swimming pool is about 400 meters away.

The vacation rental is located in a pretty half-timbered house in the middle of the city. Everything is a few minutes away and yet quietly located. Dear guests, my house rules state that my apartment is not suitable for children. Practical and insurance requirements are not met.
