This newly renovated duplex with airconditioning is located in our spacious garden.The ground floor offers a small but comfortable living space + 1 single bed. Another 2 single beds upstairs. Perfect for business travellers or small families. Since October ‘25 you can cook in the small kitchen! It has 2 hot plates, a fridge and a bbq outside. So you know: The little fireplace is electric.

Villa Forestier, a beautiful villa situated in one of the oldest forests of the Netherlands. This atmospheric house is ideal for guests who are looking for a peaceful stay. Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

The country house is a very comfortable home, suitable for vacation or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back, there is a terrace with seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made up. Dogs are welcome, fenced garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just outside the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, hiking and cycling paths nearby.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

In our cottage, everything is available to make it a wonderful stay. Outside, you can use the fireplace (wood available), the playground, the willow hut, you can take a walk with the goats or you can play Jue de boules on the petanque court (balls available).
