Our lovingly furnished 200-year-old half-timbered house is located in the middle of the village in a residential area. The garden is fenced off, parking spaces are always available in front of the gate. Nearby there are hiking trails, a playground, swimming lakes and activities of the "Bergisches Land." The house is a place of rest and relaxation. Parties are not allowed. Bed linen included for 4 nights or more.

Quiet and modern apartment in Remscheid-Reinshagen

This pretty apartment is located in the popular district of Remscheid-Reinshagen, right on the edge of the forest. From here you have access to countless hiking and biking trails in the beautiful Bergisches Land. Despite the quiet location, you can reach Remscheid city center by car in 10 minutes. Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The cozy apartment in the quaint old town of Lennep is in the heart of the city, the market square. The amenities are extravagant for those who love something special. Bus and train, as well as everything you need for everyday needs of every requirement, is within walking distance. A parking space in the old town parking garage can be booked on request. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.
