The old house is situated in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw away from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated over the past few years; only the façade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic, and a large property (approx. 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main noises are the occasional bleating of the neighbour's sheep.

The coach house

The coachman's house has been lovingly renovated and now combines the charm of an old house with its 'rough edges' with the comfort of a modern accommodation. It offers plenty of space indoors and outdoors. For those seeking peace and quiet, the large meadow by the stream, which you can reach with a few steps over the barely traveled road, offers an ideal place to relax. Children can discover and romp around here. You can barbecue or make a campfire, a terrace offers protection from rain and sun.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house and has a living space of about 42 m². From the hallway in the entrance area you enter the spacious living and dining room. You also have access to the bathroom as well as a bedroom & kitchen from the hallway. The apartment is about 500 meters from the Asbach center. All shops are within walking distance. Movie theater, go-kart track and much more.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Sunny holiday apartment in a historic half-timbered building with a modern, open-plan design spread over three open-plan levels, nestled in a village setting close to nature. During the complete renovation in 2021, particular emphasis was placed on organic building materials. Works of art and found objects of all kinds give the accommodation a distinctive character with a high feel-good factor. It is possible to live or sleep with low radiation levels; Wi-Fi can be switched off.

Lovingly furnished 1-room apartment that invites you to relax with a small kitchen, bathroom and covered balcony. The apartment is located in a detached annex. Located in a small village in the countryside about 5 km from the nearest main town - ideal for hiking or cycling in the adjacent nature reserve or in the idyllic Siegtal. Nature lovers and hikers/cyclists are in the right place with us. Since the annex is difficult to heat, we do not rent in the winter months.

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).
