Our new Airbnb annexe is located in the UK’s largest self build development: Graven Hill and only a six minute drive to Bicester Village. The Airbnb annexe is part of a low energy (A) rated architect’s home. It has its own self check-in entrance at the side of the house, and a dedicated guest parking bay with CCTV at the front of the house. The annexe is wheel chair accessible but not suitable for infants. The annexe aims to provide a tranquil, safe and five star review room experience.

We are a few minutes from all the tourist attractions of the historic city of Oxford including, the University Colleges, the Ashmolean Museum, Pitt Rivers Museum, the Bodleian Library, the Thames for punting, the Westgate shopping centre, University Parks, Port Meadow etc. We are 30 minutes drive from Blenheim Palace and 20 minutes from Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

Located in the lovely village of Launton which is just 2 miles from the market town of Bicester which boasts 2 train stations with fast links to London, and the prestigious Bicester village outlet shopping centre. Launton village itself has a butchers, deli /farmshop, shop and 2 pubs. The property is walking distance to all of these and also easy walking reach of the Tythe barn. Launton is a fantastic location to explore the Cotswolds, visit Oxford and to visit Blenheim palace.

They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake.
