Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. 'COOL' cottage, in the middle of the fields.

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

Water is a cozy holiday home located near the Scheldt dike in the Weert nature reserve. The Scheldt Valley is recognized as National Park of Flanders. It is the perfect place for walking and cycling. There are nice restaurants and cafes. It is also the perfect base to visit the historic cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Mechelen. The house is equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. There is a private garden with terrace, BBQ and private parking. Dog allowed.

B&B Het Onderduukertje is a stone's throw away from the Oosterschelde and the beach of the beautiful village of Wemeldinge. Goes is the closest city, 10 km away. B&B Het Onderduukertje has 3 apartments. These apartments share the garden. This apartment features a sleeping loft, accessible via a (fairly steep) staircase, there is also a sofa bed for a possible third person. There is a private bathroom with shower and toilet and a small kitchen with all the comforts.

Just outside the village of Wolphaartsdijk (Zeeuws: Wolfersdiek), within walking distance of 't Veerse Meer, lies our simple but fully equipped holiday cottage. The cottage is separate from our own house and has its own entrance. You have access to a private toilet, shower and kitchen. You can also open the French doors and take a seat on your own terrace or relax in the hammock. Due to its location, this is a perfect base for walks and bike rides.

The Green Sunny Ghent

The sunny green is a tiny house located in a quiet suburb of Ghent. (4 kilometers from the city center!) Check-in on Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. Check-in from Monday to Friday from 6 p.m. Check out at noon the next day. On the day of check-in, you can already use our parking, bicycles and luggage drop from noon. Saturday & Sunday check-in: 3 p.m. check-out at 11 a.m.
