Monthly Rentals in Wels-Land District

The apartment is quiet and easily accessible, lovingly and modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. We felt at home at Ann's first moment and enjoyed staying with her very much! Ann is a wonderful host, she always shared with us with questions, even an appointment for the veterinarian she made clear for us with her doc when our dog needed dogs. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Great location, beautiful surroundings, the tiny house is beautiful and well equiped. Ideal location for a stop away from the city. Not too far far grocery store and such. As a side note, they are doing construction at the house as of now, so tractors, trucks and workers are going around and making noise from 8h to 17h. Did not bother us much but it might affect your peace.

Very nice and clean apartment close to the city centre of Wels with a quiet neighbourhood. Living room is comfortable and nicely decorated, kitchen is fully equipment. Martina was always great with communication, responsive, very friendly, helpful and clear with instructions. Would love to stay there again!

Super host. Even picked us up from the station. Everything you need is in the house , from the salt and plastic wrap , till the tv and hair dryer. Clean and quiet , in the City Center. Danke!
