Enjoy the charm of the 50s in the lovingly renovated apartment of our townhouse. In a quiet residential area you can feel at home. Thanks to good infrastructure and central location, you are quickly in the city center or in the exhibition center. In just 4 minutes you can reach the Wels-Nord motorway entrance (nothing can be heard from the highway on the property). In 10 minutes you can be at the exhibition center. Thanks to full air conditioning, you can also enjoy the summer with us.

Apartment~One Night Stay only upon request ! !

Great place to escape from normal daily city routines and noise. Even if you visit us during the summer or winter you are in the right place. You can ride bikes on beatifull trails towards Traunsee and Attersee lakes for sunbathing and swim during the summer. 30 min car drive from Fuerkogel if you are into experincing new downhill trails during the summer and beautifull ski slopes during the winter. The apartment is perfect for 3 adults or a familly with 2 children

This 2 Bedroom Appartement is located in walking distance between the train station, city center and exhibition center. This charming Appartement in a historic house was newly renovated in early 2017 with new beds, bathroom etc. Only the "old" furniture stayed "old"! You can have parking, even closed garage (Motorcycle riders welcome) on demand order breakfast and enjoy Welsin a charming and luxury way!

Beautiful old building right in the city center of Wels. 84 m² of living space, very spacious bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. In the king-size bed of 200 x 200 cm, there is enough space for two people. In the living room there is a sofa and a wing. The fairgrounds are within 15 minutes walking distance, many cafes, restaurants and bars nearby.

Erwin's accommodation is less than 10 minutes' walk from the main train station, so it is well located. The rooms are all clean and beautiful. Erwin is also a very dear host and was eager to make my two nights as pleasant as possible. Conclusion: 5 out of 5 stars and I'd be happy to come back.

Nice and central location. Right on the highway (but you can't hear it). Margit is super friendly and also has good tips. Check-in was mega straightforward. The associated garage is an absolute highlight if you want to lock motorcycles or the like. We lacked nothing.

we have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days in a word AMAZING. everything you can think of is present and clean. beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉

Arrive & feel good... The apartment is spacious & very cozy. Everything is so clean that we felt like we were the first guests. But certainly not that the apartment has been rented for years. Radu was very helpful, always available when needed & very friendly. The furnishings are perfect & the terrace is fantastic. Since we don't have a bathtub & sofa, these two things were our personal highlight. In particular, since the bathtub is a whirlpool & the sofa is so cozy & large that 3 people could easily sleep on it. Those who love nature are in a perfect environment. It is very quiet and surrounded by pure nature. Thanks for the relaxing days!
