There is excellent walking along the South West coast path straight out of the back door as well as picturesque valleys, hills and woods away from the sea. There is a wonderful local pub within walking distance serving good food. Great for families, surfers, swimmers, walkers, couples, anyone wanting a rural escape.

The Granary at Linton Farm, Welcombe

The Granary is a cosy cottage for two in a beautiful hamlet that is part of the North Devon AONB. The stunning beach of Welcombe Mouth is within walking distance, starting from the public footpath at the bottom of the garden. Tucked behind Linton farmhouse, overlooking farmland, with distant sea views it is a great place for walking, surfing, mountain biking or just relaxing and watching the magnificent sunsets and amazing starry skies free from any light pollution.
