Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox can each be booked additionally.

Incl. chic sauna lodge with relaxation room on the former horse paddock (for a fee). Perfect for 2–3 people in a charming old farmhouse, about 10 minutes to the A9 and 25 minutes to the Nuremberg trade fair grounds. We ourselves also live here in this house, but we always strive for discretion and mutual respect for privacy ♥️

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

This light-filled apartment is located on the top floor of our building (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m2, offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit on the large loggia in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and a dryer can also be used in the basement.
