Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und ist Teil unserer ausgebauten Scheune. Wir leben nebenan mit unseren 2 Kindern & Hund Sepp. Kurzenaltheim liegt ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Von hier aus genießt ihr zahlreiche Ausflüge ins fränkische Seenland & Altmühltal. 1-2 Kinder können auf einer Matratze mit übernachten. Bei Fragen dürft ihr uns gerne schreiben 😊

In dem Holzhaus ist eine permanente Lüftung vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer sorgt ein großes Wasserbett (2 m x 2,20 m) für guten Schlaf. Die Unterkunft wurde liebevoll individuell ausgestattet. Die Küche ist klein aber super ausgestattet. Grillen und Sonnen im Garten. Außensauna, 2 eBikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox für jeweils extra zubuchbar.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Gegenüber liegend befindet sich das WC mit Dusche. Die Terrasse über die man in die Einliegerwohnung gelangt, lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zahlreiche Radwege und das fränkische Seenland sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie der Zug, der in 22 min in Nbg ist. Tiere nur auf Anfrage.

Our farm in picturesque Döckingen is located on the Hahnenkamm not far from the Franconian Lake District at the Ries Geopark. The rural area provides relaxation, and the active agriculture provides variety. There is no boredom with us! There is the possibility to help us on the farm or to linger comfortably by the campfire. Between the Franconian Lake District and the Altmühl Valley lies the Hohenmühle, surrounded by horse and cow pastures, you can enjoy the tranquility. Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
