Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

A central location near the highway quickly connects with Munich, Regensburg, Landshut, Ingolstadt and Munich Airport. The Tegernbach Golf Club is only a few minutes' drive away. For nature lovers, there are wonderful hiking trails right at your doorstep through the typical hop-growing landscape and the adjacent forest.
