There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Our two-room apartment is located in a very quiet location, in a detached house with separate access. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you can reach your destination by Bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.

This large studio impresses with its exposed roof structure, which creates a very cozy atmosphere. There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures good sleep. The property has been lovingly individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sun in the garden. Auf der Terasse kann man bei schönem Wetter Zeit verbringen und den Blick über den Garten hinweg über die Brenz hin zur Donau schweifen lassen. Die ruhige Lage lädt zum Entspannen ein. Von hier aus können Ausflüge z.B. ins Legoland gestartet werden. Der nahe gelegene Spielplatz bietet die Möglichkeit für Kinder sich austoben.

I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.
