Vom Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Frühstücksbar gelangst Du auf einen großen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick. Ebenfalls im Wohnraum befinden sich zwei Schlafcouches. Diese sind sehr komfortabel. Ein eigener überdachter Parkplatz steht Dir zur Verfügung und zur Haltestelle des Stadtbusses sind es nur 50m.

My apartment is located in an old Baroque house, right next to Goethpark and the Grand Ducal Palace. If you step through the front door into the small enchanted courtyard, the view of the ivy-covered city wall opens up, and a shady seat invites you to linger. Climbing the centuries-old wooden steps up to my apartment is like entering a bygone era. Then as now, the Ilm flows directly past the house - a quietly rushing continuum.
