The 1 room apartment is located on the ground floor of a 2016 renovated old building multi-family house in the beautiful Cologne Lindenthal, just before the Cologne Belt, near the University Hospital. Despite the central location (bus to the city center and train to Ehrenfeld only a minute away), it is quiet in the apartment, as it is located in a rear building. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

The Rhine, the almost 1000-year-old St. Nicholas Chapel and an extensive recreational area for walks or sports are just 300 meters away.

It has three bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, also a fully equipped kitchen ( backing oven and dishwasher) with dining area and open to the living room with sofa and TV. A washing machine is available. From the big balcony there is a overview into the Eifel. In immediate surrounding there is the famous amusement park " Phantasialand ", one of the pilgrim´s routes (Jakobsweg ) and the Erft cycle track is reachable in 300 meters.

From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.
