Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das ca. 28 m² große Atelier Galerie Blau wurde zu einer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung im Maisonettestil mit separatem Eingang und kleiner Gartenterrasse umgebaut. Im oberen Bereich befindet sich die Schlaf- und Arbeitsebene mit einer Doppelbett Liegefläche von 180x200m. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Essbereich mit einer Kochnische und einem Sofa, was bei Bedarf zu einer Schlafcouch ausgeklappt werden kann. Direkt daneben befindet sich das kleine Duschbad. Ebenso steht Euch eine Wachmaschine zur Verfügung.

Our lovingly furnished basement apartment can accommodate two people. You can expect a large bedroom with box spring bed, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. When the weather is nice, you can relax outside on the terrace. The apartment is located in the basement of our inhabited detached house. We live here as a family with children. There is about 80 square meters of living space with a small terrace overlooking the greenery of the front Odenwald. Sink into the cozy 180 cm box-spring bed (super comfortable mattress!) after an active day in a deep sleep. The property has a separate entrance and parking.
