Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Eine ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick in die Weite. Das kleine Häuschen nennt sich "Sonnenhaus" und liegt im wunderbaren, von Natur umgegebenen Ort Aremberg in der Eifel. Das Sonnenhaus verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, ein Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Kamin und ein ganz neu gebautes Badezimmer. Im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche gibt es je einen Kaminofen zum heizen. Badezimmer und die Küche können auch elektrisch geheizt werden.

*Our apartment is on the first floor of a former farm in the tranquil Eifel village of Anschau near Monreal. The location on the outskirts offers tranquility and a fantastic view. It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest begins 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elz Valley Cycle Path are also quickly reached: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

The chalet with a unique panoramic view from each floor is located directly on the edge of the forest and field in the beautiful Volcanic Eifel, near Lake Kronenburg. It is located on the edge of a small idyllic vacation home settlement. The house was completely renovated and newly designed with a lot of love. Surrounded by many hiking trails and beautiful nature, it offers the ideal starting point discovering the beauty of the Eifel with its numerous sights.

Our newly renovated, large apartment is part of a historic square courtyard. On the upper floor there is a large, cozy kitchen-living room with great views and a fireplace, merging into an open living room, as well as two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. On the first floor there is a small bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. It includes a parking space and a private, fenced garden.

Whether a romantic or simply cozy weekend for two, among friends or with the family, this is the right house. It is located in the middle of forests and fields with only 2 other residential buildings and a few halls in the neighborhood. Excursions to Eltz Castle, Lake Laach or the Moselle are great.
