Soft opening: The first apartment in this beautiful Wilhelminian-style house is ready, the attic. It opens to the west with a stunning view over the harbor and Flensburg's old town. Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

Small cozy 1-room apartment with separate entrance via an external staircase in a cul-de-sac location, about 4.5 km from Flensburg. Bus stop is about 300 m away. The apartment has a shower room and a spacious wardrobe. Inside the apartment is a large, new TV, the bed can be pulled out to the double bed. In addition, in the apartment is of course a coffee machine, microwave, a small sofa and a cozy dining table. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The holiday home is located in the north of Schleswig-Holsteins, in the spa Glücksburg, directly at the Baltic Sea. From the patio along the backside of the house you have a really great view on a nature reserve with a nice lake. Nearby the house is a variety of good restaurants and there is a lot of space for your activities. Enjoy the silence and the peace in our comfortably furnished holiday home. You can live in the old and quiet fishing village and still be downtown quickly. Unfortunately, you cannot park on site, but there are plenty of parking lots and houses nearby and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.
