Monthly Rentals in Weaverville

Place was super nice and cozy. Host was very helpful and easy going. Would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to the area!

The location is perfect. Really close to good food, good drink, and downtown shops. Mostly businesses in neighborhood so it was pretty quiet. I’m not familiar with “streaming” on TV but found all kinds of nuggets with old TV shows, movies, and baseball stuff on MLB Network. Very comfortable bed, in the building the temperature was not too hot, not too cold. Jessica was always quick to reply to any messages I sent, and was never invasive. The price can’t be beat. I’ll be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimberly's place! We went back and forth on which unit to rent due to a family reunion happening nearby, and Kimberly was incredibly generous and accommodating as we changed our minds multiple times—we really appreciated her flexibility. We ultimately decided on the Court Street unit, and it was a beautiful Victorian space. Kimberly kindly made a third bedroom available for us, which is not typically included, and we were so grateful for that thoughtful gesture. The home is beautifully appointed, full of natural light, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—truly a great night's sleep. The location is ideal: just one block from town, but tucked away on a quiet street. The unit has a mini fridge, microwave, and a coffee station, but no kitchen or sink for washing up—something to be aware of. That said, we were rarely there as our reunion was hosted at a family home just down the street. Thank you Kimberly, WE WILL BE BACK!

We loved the closed off area from everything it really was just nice to get away from town. We loved waking up in the morning and since we pet the dogs a lot when they would come around they would sit on the porch in the morning waiting for us which was honestly such a nice highlight to our trip they were so friendly and sweet! The cabin was cozy and nicely decorated and they had little snacks and freshly picked flowers which was just so nice!! We loved how quiet it was and enjoyed our stay!
