This amazing property has beautiful swimming pool to rejuvenate after day's sightseeing . Water is crystal clear. Also peaceful surroundings makes this places great in value. Also food ordered through tie up restaurant was of good quality for both veg & non veg members as we were 12 guests . This is best location for family trip i must say to enjoy .Akhil is a good host & we will definitely come here again .

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The property was perfect for a group (we were 11 members and a pet) getaway — spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was a huge hit, and we spent a lot of time just relaxing and enjoying it. One of the best parts was the stunning view from the property — absolutely breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. The staff were also fantastic — super friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with friends!

After spending 4 days at Bharath's place, I can only think of good things to say. The location is excellent if you're looking for a quiet, scenic getaway. The home overlooks coffee plantations and also forests on a hill - there is greenery everywhere! The property itself is a home with beautifully maintained flowers and other plants. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. There is an attached kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and basic utensils - enough to make quick meals but nothing elaborate. The bathroom is clean and we had no trouble getting hot water. The beds are comfortable. Can't really ask for more. Spots such as the Irpu Falls and Nagarhole NP are nearby. Importantly, Bharath and his family are wonderful people, and made us feel right at home. As long as you have the expectation that this is not a commercial venture and you're staying in someone's home, you are sure to have a very peaceful and relaxing trip to Coorg when staying here.

Amazing place to stay in the harmony with the earth. This place is very close to Banasura Sagar Dam around 10 mins away. It is advisable to have your own vehicle if you plan to visit multiple places. Some advisory. 1) Owner is amazing host and provides great breakfast and Dinner on chargeable basis. Food is 10/10. 2) Rooms and toilets are very clean 10/10 3) Carry your own toiletries is must. 4) There are plates and vessels in the house and you can also cook your own food. (You will have tonclean your own plates) 5) House does not have an AC and you don't even need as it generally pleasant all the time. 6) Owner is from wayanad & amazing person and also guides you well what to visit. 7) You are staying away from the city and hence please carry required things before you reach location. Overall it's 10 / 10 place.

The stay was great! Quiet and pristine place. Totally a recommended place if you wanna take a break from city life and chill on a weekend. The hosts were very responsive and had no restrictions imposed on the us. The food prepared by Thresiamma was a delicacy. We had our own private space to sit and chill on a rainy day. Take a few steps into the backyard farm and you’ll reach banks of kabini river. Overall, a 9/10 stay. Thank you Thresiamma and Balu for letting us stay for the night.

We had a pleasant stay at Anil’s home. Great location. Caretaker Anitha was kind and helpful. Homely ambiance. Kitchen was shared with another guests but it was ok for us. The power failure was the only thing we had as a negative experience bt later it was managed by the caretaker. Except that we had a fantastic time there

Nice atmosphere

A great place at the centre of Wayanad. Easily accessible from all sides. It would be great if you have your vehicle easy to roam around and reach where you want. I had my own vehicle so it was the easiest. Vinodh the manager is the best. Soft spoken and always ready to help any time of the day or night. Ready with solutions and answers, you can have a comfortable stay the place is located centrally so easy for people with own vehicles. Thanks Biju and Vineeth for the memorable stay

Host Karthik is polite. Arranged breakfast. Bought items for cooking. Apartment is new construction. Promptly replied to queries. Quiet place. He accommodated 2pm checkout. we cooked food .

The stay is beautifully planned, with an excellent view from the bed as well as the living area. Kitchen was surprisingly stocked with a lot of food and a variety of spices and masalas (practically a fully stocked kitchen). Vegetables as well. Mohan has planted and maintains a lot of plants, it's a treat for the eyes of any nature lover. Got an excellent tour of the entire property. There is also the view point on the top most floor that should not be missed. The host was extremely kind and prompt during the check-in and the stay. In short, the stay is beautiful and worth every penny spent. If you'd want a peaceful holiday for two, this would be one of the most comfortable ones around.

We had an exceptional stay at Anshad's property. Despite arriving earlier than the check-in time, Anshad welcomed us with a warm smile and accommodated us without any hesitation. This initial gesture set the tone for our entire stay. Knowing that we would be leaving early each morning, we informed Anshad that we wouldn't need breakfast at the scheduled time of 9 AM. However, Anshad went above and beyond by ensuring we received our breakfast much earlier than planned. This level of attentiveness and flexibility truly demonstrates their commitment to being an excellent host. The property itself is fantastic, featuring a spacious car park and well-maintained approach roads. We particularly appreciated the quietness of the area at night, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay thoroughly. Our heartfelt thanks to Anshad for being a superb host. The stay was really nice and clean. The location is peaceful. It felt homely. The host, Siraj was responsive and very helping. All the amenities and pictures mentioned in the app were true.
