A lovely, homely, studio apartment with secure courtyard garden. The beach is very close and is beautiful. Sarah and Julian were great hosts, happy to advise on local places to eat and to provide anything that we needed during our stay. My daughter and I had a very relaxing time and would be happy to stay at The Smugglers Retreat again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sandy Lodge. The location is unbeatable—nestled right in the sand dunes with a private gate leading directly to the beautiful Blue Flag beach at Sea Palling. It truly felt like a peaceful seaside retreat, and being so close to the beach made it perfect for morning walks and sunset views. The house itself is charming and well thought out. We loved the sunny lounge with its cozy wood-burning stove. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a real bonus during our beach holiday. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the layout worked well for our family. If you want to stay at Sea Palling this is the perfect retreat.

Eilish's place was amazing! We stayed for couples of nights and we have everything we need and more. Eilish made us feel very welcoming. We will stay there again, 100% sure!
