Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses mit Parkplatz. Um die Sonne geniessen zu können, oder einfach nur um zu entspannen, ist ein Sitzplatz auf der Wiese vor dem Haus vorhanden. Und wer Lust auf Aktivitäten hat, z.B. Wandern oder Fahrradfahren, kann direkt vor der Haustür starten.

Das komplett renovierte Haus bietet Unterkünfte mit kostenfreiem WLAN. Bis zur schweizer Grenze sind es ca. 300 Meter. Zentral gelegen zwischen Waldshut, Schaffhausen und Zürich.
