The Captains Quarters was a great stay for my family and I. The boat ramp, which is literally right out the front door, being available was a huge plus as we brought our boat. The outside space was wonderful and the inside space was the perfect size for 3 kids and 2 adults. The inside space was very cozy and has a great view of Blounts Creek. This is a perfect stay for the fishermen and hunters as well as family's looking to stay in a relaxed environment and spend some time outdoors. Judy was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. Will definitely be staying many times again in the future.

Tammy's house was WONDERFUL! It was well-decorated with nice furniture, nice linens and nice decorative touches (such as wall art and lamps). The couches and beds were comfortable and relaxing. The house included thoughtful amenities such as coffee pods, coffee creamer and toiletries. There were TVs and luggage racks in every room too! It was also incredibly clean. The backyard was awesome. You can tell that Tammy put a lot of thought and love into this home. FIVE STARS all around and I hope to come back someday!

This is a peaceful, beautiful and relaxing home and location. We much appreciate the opportunity to stay here to fish and relax right in the backyard. Our dog enjoyed the vacation as well since there is a fenced in yard with a deck overlooking the back yard. The home is clean and comfortable. Lots of outdoor and indoor areas to spread out and relax. We also visited the towns of Bath and Belhaven. Thank you for your hospitality.

This is the spot we stay on our trips to the Greenville area. Everything is great. Clean, amenities, great fenced back yard for our pups. It also provides privacy. The area is peaceful yet close to great restaurants. Ayden Golf Club is only a couple miles away. The best feature is the host. Great folks and very responsive. This will always be our stay.

Although we did not take full advantage of the amenities (we did not cook, rather it was a place to sleep) the house was perfect. The kitchen would be perfect for guests opting to cook. The living room was comfortable for gathering and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is quiet and feels safe.

This beautiful home looks brand new. It's clean and comfortable with basic kitchen amenities, a comfy king bed, a spacious master bath with walk-in shower, and a much-appreciated fully-equipped coffee bar, and it's an easy drive to grocery stores, shopping, and the ECU medical center. The only thing missing was a hair dryer, which wasn't essential or I could easily have bought one. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is a great place to stay and relax. Tim was very responsive and proactive. We were checking in the day after a bad snow storm and he contacted us right away to let us know how the roads were and what to expect. Since it was snowy and cold, we did not get to use the amenities. But the house is located right next to the kayak launch area and it was a very short drive to the pool/club house. We come to this area often and will definitely be staying here again!

Lorraine was amazing. We had a small issue with the pool, and she attacked it like a super star. The great hosts are determined when something goes wrong. How they react is how they earn 5 stars. Spent a lot of time on the provided kayaks touring the waterways. Pool table tournaments and wiffleball games we're awesome. The kitchen is stocked with so much! This is a great place to entertain.

Wonderful home for our big family. Very comfortable and lots of room for our family of eight. Very kid-friendly! Plenty of cookware, towels, toilet paper, etc. - all the little things. Host was very friendly and sent plenty of specific instructions to make our stay great. Loved that there was a Christmas tree for our Christmas stay - would have been sad to have no tree at Christmas.

What a hidden gem! We stay here with our children (8 and 5yo). The house was incredibly clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Wonderful view from the deck. The property is beautiful. We fished off the dock for hours and had a blast swimming in the pool. We even saw a dolphin swim within 20 feet of the dock! Oriental is a cute town nearby - we had great carry out from The Silos and went to The Bean for ice cream. Piggly Wiggly grocery store had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and have already booked our next trip! Thanks for having us.

This home was one of our best stays ever. The house was beautiful and very well appointed! I appreciated the labels on the kitchen cabinets as it made everything easy to find. And the labels on the light switches helped as well! We cooked in and found everything we needed in the kitchen plus we enjoyed being able to grill. And the snack basket was a nice touch! The house was immaculate and very well cared for. We enjoyed hangout there when we weren’t out exploring. It was an easy drive to downtown New Bern. And the property and neighborhood were great for our dog. Jacqueline was friendly and proactive and we could not have asked for a better host. We would highly recommend this home and would definitely return. All around great stay!

Our Children are sailors and this place was a perfect fit that was better than described. The personal touches and amenities for our family will have us back on the next trip. We have a child at Camp Seagull and this made our drop off seamless while being able to check out the local community within close walking distance. Community was super friendly and Lisa was an amazing host! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this new listing! The home is very comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the beautiful deck overlooking the Neuse River — the view is absolutely stunning and made for peaceful mornings and unforgettable sunsets. Although this is a new listing, everything was smooth and thoughtfully prepared. I'm sure the owner will earn Super host status in no time. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay! Host was responsive, very helpful, and friendly (we did get to meet her in person while we were there)! This location was perfect for the event we were attending in the area that weekend, and the accommodations were perfect for just my wife and I. The place was clean, and cool with A.C.. There were all kinds of hand-made greeting cards there that could be purchased in support of a great cause! As it turns out, other guests that were attending the same event as us were staying in the house that this art studio was part of, so we were able to spend time with them. The screened-in porch of the house was great - spacious, lots of seating, etc. Others needing more space than just the art studio and should keep this in mind - renting both the art studio and house together. Overall, a great experience!

Jeff was very responsive to our last minute vacation. Very helpful in navigating our fishing needs. The location was perfect on the water to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The house is spacious with all we needed and offered a carport for our boat. Thanks for a restful time at Grey Goose!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very comfortable and very quiet. All spaces were very clean. Highly recommend!

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay at Rhonda’s cottage. Rhonda was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. Instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. The cottage was absolutely amazing! We have stayed in many Airbnb’s over the years and this stay was by far our favorite. It looks exactly like the pictures. The perfect mix of coastal charm and modern amenities. The view was breathtaking. Every day the water view changed depending on the weather and the wind direction. The sandbar was easy to get to. We brought our kayaks and SUPs and floated over. But you could easily walk it. The view was so expansive that the front porch brought both sunrises and sunsets. Magical! Rhonda did an incredible job of stocking the house. There wasn’t a single thing we needed while we were there. We took the ferry to Ocracoke for a day trip. Other than that our days were spent at either the sandbar or nearby beach. We even saw wild horses! We can’t wait to come back!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! My friends and I absolutely loved everything about it. The hosts were very responsive and kind enough to fix a mistake I made with the initial booking. The house was beautiful and in a great spot. The waterfront was gorgeous and we loved the kayaks. Can't wait to stay there again!

My husband and I are truly grateful for Summer. We had a family emergency and reached out to her about a last minute booking. She was so kind and accommodating. The house is simple and perfect for our needs. The water was hot and good pressure (something I thoroughly appreciate). We will definitely be back.
