When you step out the door, you are immediately between the terraces and shops, walk another +/- 100m and you are at the Pikmeer where you will find options to rent a (sailing) boat. After a fun day in the area, relax on the sofa or outside in the sheltered and sunny south-facing garden. From the living room, you step into the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which the former stable has been transformed into an attractive B&B. Specially decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. You have your own entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and YouTube. A FULL BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The B&B is separate and closed off from the main building. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one B&B room.

Plak Tuzen en ien. Wonderful place to relax and enjoy all the beauty in the immediate vicinity, is this comfortable and fine houseboat in Warten. Warten is located in the triangle of Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and Drachten in the Alde Feanen nature park. The houseboat is comfortable and has a living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and storage room. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and oven. The ark is located on a large spacious garden facing south.

Tiny house in nature + sauna & hot tub optional

You will sleep in style in our charming double bed or in the bunk bed. (Safe for kids) The wood-burning hot tub can be booked for €90 for a weekend and €120 for a (mid) week This is spacious for 2 adults (2 kids can join) The sauna is included for free. Inside is a nice sitting area, beautiful views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. In front of the cottage is a picnic table and an outdoor stove. And of course the lovely sauna and hot tub!

Nice house on the Boarne, near the Frisian lakes

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty, you can board the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and is equipped with every comfort. You can stay comfortably with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are wonderful. They are now set up as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. Wi-Fi is of course also available. And above all, a fantastic view. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m.

Cozy ground floor apartment with garden near the city center

Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

De Veenweide

The location of tiny house de Veenweide is perfect for nature lovers. The cottage is located on the edge of the Alde Feanen nature reserve. The area is great for cycling, hiking, boating, mountain biking, canoeing, birding and fishing. The Alde Feanen has a special population of plants and birds, including the sea eagle, osprey, bittern and kingfisher. In addition, chances are that you will see deer and hares running past from the cottage.

In this lovely cottage you can fully enjoy the great view over the nature reserve. For a stay in nature, you don't have to sacrifice anything in luxury, from rain shower to smart TV and air conditioning and luxury box spring, everything has been thought of! The compact kitchen has an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and Nespresso coffee maker. The cottage is modern and tastefully decorated and has its own deck.

Sleep in Klein Epema

10 minutes from Leeuwarden and 4 minutes from Grou is our rural farm in Idaerd. This fully furnished, modern apartment has all the comforts. The bathroom has a sink, a rain and hand shower and a toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and combination microwave/oven. Smart TV, Nespresso, kettle are available. Kitchen, bathroom and bed linen are provided.

Hidden place near the center of Leeuwarden

Hidden in the Leeuwarden district of Huizum, lies the former kindergarten "Boartlik Begjin". At the end of the Ludolf Bakhuizenstraat, lies this special quiet place, within walking distance of the city center and the train station. A nice base to go into the city, shop or visit one of the museums. And also to discover the rest of Friesland. The room is also suitable as a home office (WiFi available).

Studio Rjochts (Frisian for Right) of Dorpslogies Adema is a new and bright studio in the heart of Earnewâld located in National Park "De Alde Feanen". Equipped with a sitting area, a spacious bed and an extensive kitchenette with two-burner induction plate, kettle, microwave, Nespresso machine and a dishwasher.
