Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Warsaw

Megan was amazing! She was super responsive and provided us with the perfect suggestions of where to dine. We were welcomed with a wonderful gift that was catered to us! We had snow during 2 days of our stay and the snow was removed well before we needed to go out. We really enjoyed our stay in Three Oaks!

This is the first experience at an Air BnB in Fort Wayne. We went for the holiday to see family. We loved the house. It was very clean, everything we needed was in the home. It was very comfortable especially the beds. Lots of amenities and extras. The instructions were easy and simple. We needed an iron and Julia came right away with a smile. We enjoyed our stay and will reserve again when we visit Fort Wayne. Location was the best. Close to everything. Loved it!!!

We had such a blast here! We lucked out and got an amazingly warm and sunny April weekend and we just hung on the beach during the day and played in the pool at night! beds were cozy, area was super quiet. Really loved our stay

The place was quiet, peaceful, and affordable, with easy and smooth communication throughout. However, it was quite cold during our stay, even though some external air blowers were provided. It seemed like there might have been an issue with the furnace. Otherwise, a pleasant experience overall therefore, giving 5 stars.

Our hosts were amazing! They took us in with a warm welcome and support after we were in immediate need of housing. The amenities were excellent from coffee to toothbrushes, dishes and linens. They had everything we needed to walk in and get a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the view, sunshine and time together with our family.

We stayed at Mary’s place while in town for the college football playoffs. The first thing that stood out was that Mary left us handwarmers for the game, knowing that it’d be chilly on a mid December night. Her house is beautiful, and it has many other thoughtful touches. The food and drinks she left for us came in handy for a snack, and the heated bathroom floor was amazing, especially after a full day in 25 degree weather! It was an easy drive to campus, and I would definitely stay at Mary’s place again. Go Irish!

This place was absolutely amazing! Our plan was to have a family meet up with all the family members/kids and this was perfect. I couldn’t say enough nice things. If you want a nice place to stay, this is it.

We had a quick stay but the house & location were perfect. They were extremely responsive & flexible when we needed to make changes (ended up having more people & changed locations). There’s so much to do in three oaks - we’d definitely rent from them again.

We loved our stay! It was so comfortable and they provided everything we needed. We loved how walkable downtown was. We would be happy to stay here again!

The accommodation is nice. It is clean, and the space is cosy and well kept. Catch the sunset from the sitting rooms, they are beautiful.

Adorable little place! I loved all the vintage decor and personal touches. Great location, only 5 minutes from the convention center. The handwritten book of recommendations was so helpful in picking restaurants and coffee shops. Easy check-in and check-out. It was a bit noisy at night, but that wouldn't deter us from stay again.

Very cute place to stay for a few nights! We stayed here for a figure skating competition at ND and this place was very close—about 10 mins driving. Looked just like the pictures and was very clean. It’s right beside a road so it can be a little loud, but once we settled in for the night we didn’t really notice too much. Overall, had a great stay here and would stay again!

Really comfortable sweet accommodations... great for friends wanting to gather for get away per space and ... also privacy per down time when desired. love the porches sitting area, and the out deck even though not utilized. this would be great relaxing place if you want to not be busy...

The place was adorable and the beds were SO COMFORTABLE. I reached out to Emily and she gave me the mattress name, think I’m going to order it for my house! I let her know that the lock to the back deck appeared to be broken, and she responded immediately. We really loved the house. It was uncluttered, she provided coffee and tea, everything was incredibly clean, it was perfect for our girls night. We walked to the local distillery that had a restaurant (which was just ok, as far as the food goes), but it was only a 4 minute walk. Very convenient.

Nice place. It's a bit old, therefore, giving it some character. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. Friendly hosts.

The condo was perfect! It met my expectations. The amenities were great. Will stay there again in the future. Rebecca even contacted me the day of check out to let me know that I had forgotten something and arranged for family to pick it up. Thanks Rebecca! Much appreciated!

The condo is just steps from University of Notre Dame and the decor keeps you in the Irish mood from the moment you arrive! It was perfectly situated to pop “home” for lunch or dinner and get right back to ND activities without missing a beat. The extra beds were perfect for our small group and we could stretch out and choose our preferred mattress type! Kitchen stocked with pots and pans and dishes for making a full dinner. We had difficulty getting the dishwasher started, but communication was very good and prompt and not much of an inconvenience for us. My guess it will be a non-issue for the next guests. Lived having the big closet in the master bedroom and lots of empty drawers to use to keep things looking neat during our stay. Perfect ND decor! Go Irish! We’d love to stay there again.

Nicole’s place was exactly as described. We loved how clean and open it was. We only stayed for a weekend, but would love to come back for a longer stay. Thanks for sharing your home, Nicole.

This was my second time staying here. As I’ve shared with Katrina, I love the mix of the historic brick walls and the modern touches in the features and furniture. It’s how I imagine my home looking, if I ever stop renting (lol). Katrina has simple and clear instruction for check-in/check-out. The location is wonderful for those that want to be downtown. It’s great seeing how much the city has changed every time I come to town.

Beautiful, cozy space with a great location!

We stayed here for five nights while in town for a memorial service. This was absolutely, hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve had yet! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt totally safe. The unit was spotless and so comfortable! Exactly as pictured, which is so refreshing!! Everything was well cared for and we had so much room for our things. Sharon was kind enough to leave water, coffee and a few welcome snacks, which is so nice and unexpected! The bed is also comfy with premium sheets and more than enough towels. The deep bathtub was also a pleasant surprise. The reason for our visit was a sad occasion, but the warm, comfortable acomodations really helped us cope - it felt like home. This will be our “go to” place when we come to visit family!
