Haus Heinke eignet sich mit drei Schlafzimmern, ausgebautem Dachgeschoss und Garten für die ganze Familie. Die moderne Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher, lichtdurchfluteter Sitzecke und Kaminofen sind der Mittelpunkt des Hauses. Unsere Südterrasse garantiert gute Erholung in schöner Natur. Das Krähenholz und das Eidertal liegen nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Kiel (12 km) kann man mit dem Bus, dem Zug oder dem Auto bequem erreichen. Zur Ostsee fährt man 30 Min. mit dem Auto.

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Kiel city center (about 4 km), the harbor (4.5 km) or the university (2.5 to 3.5 km) are very easy to reach. Kronshagen, Kiel and the surrounding area offer a variety of variety. Hay hotel? Vacation rental? Both! In our lovingly designed guest area you will find a cozy hay bed and a classic bedroom with a double bed. 1 sofa bed in the living area. During the expansion, care was taken to preserve much of the original charm. The rooms were airily separated and built with lots of wood and the old brick floor was preserved. The apartment is in the former barn building. The terrace borders the old orchard where 3 mini sheep also graze.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
